பிரிக்ஸ் உச்சி மாநாடு 2026
டெல்லியில் பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளின் உச்சி மாநாடு நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. டெல்லியில் உள்ள பாரத் மண்டபத்தில் நடைபெற்ற இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில், பிரிக்ஸ் உறுப்பு நாடுகளின் தலைவர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர்.
பிரிக்ஸ் அமைப்பின் இருபதாம் ஆண்டு நிறைவைக் குறிக்கும் வகையில், புது தில்லியில் நடைபெற்ற 18-வது பிரிக்ஸ் உச்சி மாநாட்டின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, இன்று (12 செப்டம்பர் 2026) இரண்டு நினைவு அஞ்சல் தலைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டன.
“BRICS: Two Decades of Cooperation, 2006–2026 / ब्रिक्स: सहयोग के दो दशक, 2006–2026” என்ற வாசகத்தைக் கொண்ட இந்த நினைவு அஞ்சல் தலை, உரையாடல், ஒத்துழைப்பிற்கான ஒரு மதிப்புமிக்க தளமாக பிரிக்ஸ் அமைப்பின் பரிணாம வளர்ச்சியைக் கொண்டாடுகிறது.
இந்த இரண்டு அஞ்சல் தலைகளும், “மீள்திறன், புத்தாக்கம், ஒத்துழைப்பு, நிலைத்தன்மைக்காகக் கட்டமைத்தல்” என்ற கருப்பொருளின் கீழ், இந்தியாவின் பிரிக்ஸ் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பு 2026-ன் முன்னுரிமைகளைப் பிரதிபலிக்கின்றன.
முதல் அஞ்சல் தலையானது பரஸ்பர மரியாதை, புரிதல், ஒற்றுமை ஆகிய உணர்வுகளுடன் பிரிக்ஸ் ஒரு தளமாக உருவெடுப்பதைக் குறிக்கும் அதே வேளையில், இரண்டாவது அஞ்சல் தலையானது அதன் சின்னத்தையும், இந்தியாவின் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பின் பின்னணியில் உள்ள 'மனிதநேயமே முதன்மை', 'மக்களை மையப்படுத்திய தன்மை' என்ற பார்வைகளை வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது.
ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டத்தில் பல்வேறு முக்கிய விவகாரங்கள் குறித்து ஆலோசிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளின் தலைவர்கள் 'புதுடெல்லி பிரகடனத்தை' ஒருமனதாக ஏற்றுக்கொண்டனர்.
இதனை இந்திய பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி அறிவித்தார். ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபை உள்ளிட்ட பரந்த அமைப்புகளில் சீர்திருத்தங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும் என்று பிரகடனத்தில் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலில் கட்டமைப்பு ரீதியான மாற்றங்கள் கொண்டுவரப்பட வேண்டும் என்றும் பயங்கரவாதத்துக்கு கடும் கண்டனமும் இந்த பிரகடனத்தில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், வர்த்தகத்தை சிதைக்கும் ஒருதலைபட்சமான வரி விதிப்புக்கு எதிர்ப்பு மற்றும், பேச்சுவார்த்தை மூலம் கருத்து வேறுபாடுகள் களையப்பட வேண்டும் எனவும் பிரகடனத்தில் முக்கிய அம்சமாக இடம் பெற்று இருந்தது.
நீண்ட பேச்சுவார்த்தைக்கு பின் பிரகடனத்துக்கு பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகள் ஒப்புதல் அளித்தன. ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் சபையில், குறிப்பாக பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலில், பிரேசில் மற்றும் இந்தியா அதிக பங்களிப்பை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற விருப்பத்துக்கு ஐநா கவுன்சிலில் நிரந்தர உறுப்பு நாடுகளாக உள்ள சீனா மற்றும் ரஷ்யா தங்களது ஆதரவை மீண்டும் உறுதி செய்தன.
பிரிக்ஸ் நாடுகளுக்கு இடையிலான வர்த்தகம், அமெரிக்க டாலருக்கு பதிலாக உள்ளூர் நாணயங்களில் அதிக அளவில் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும் என்பதும் பிரகடனத்தில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு இருந்தது.
ஐ.நா. பாதுகாப்பு கவுன்சிலை சீர்திருத்தம் செய்து, ஆப்பிரிக்கா, ஆசியா, லத்தீன் அமெரிக்கா மற்றும் கரீபியன் பிராந்தியங்களைச் சேர்ந்த வளரும் நாடுகளுக்கு அதிக பிரதிநிதித்துவம் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்பதே பிரகடனத்த்தில் அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் பெற்று இருந்தது.

BRICS Summit 2026

The BRICS summit is currently underway in Delhi. Leaders of the BRICS member nations participated in the meeting held at Bharat Mandapam in Delhi.
To mark the 20th anniversary of the BRICS grouping, two commemorative postage stamps were released today (September 12, 2026) as part of the 18th BRICS Summit held in New Delhi.
Bearing the inscription “BRICS: Two Decades of Cooperation, 2006–2026,” this commemorative stamp celebrates the evolution of BRICS as a valuable platform for dialogue and cooperation.
These two stamps reflect the priorities of India’s BRICS chairmanship in 2026, centered on the theme: “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation, and Sustainability.”
While the first stamp signifies the emergence of BRICS as a platform grounded in mutual respect, understanding, and solidarity, the second stamp showcases its emblem and highlights the visions of “Humanity First” and “People-Centricity” that underpin India’s leadership.
Various key issues were deliberated upon during the meeting. The leaders of the BRICS nations unanimously adopted the “New Delhi Declaration.”
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced this development. The declaration emphasizes the need for reforms in broader international institutions, including the United Nations.
The declaration calls for structural changes within the Security Council and expresses strong condemnation of terrorism.
It also highlights opposition to unilateral tariff measures that disrupt trade and emphasizes the need to resolve differences through dialogue. The BRICS nations approved the declaration following extensive discussions.
China and Russia permanent members of the UN Security Council reaffirmed their support for the aspiration of Brazil and India to play a greater role within the United Nations, particularly in the Security Council.
The declaration also advocated for conducting a larger share of trade among BRICS nations in local currencies rather than the US dollar.
A key focus of the declaration was the reform of the UN Security Council to ensure greater representation for developing nations from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
