• க்யூஎஸ் உலகத் தரவரிசை 2027 / QS WORLD RANKING 2027: லண்டனில் உள்ள க்யூ எஸ் நிறுவனத்தின் 2027ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான தரவரிசை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• இந்த ஆண்டு தரவரிசையில் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள பல்வேறு ஐஐடி நிறுவனங்கள் முதல் 500 இடங்களுக்குள் வந்துள்ளன. அதேநேரம் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள அரசு மற்றும் தனியார் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களும் சிறப்பாகப் பங்களித்துள்ளன.
• ஐஐடி டெல்லி கடந்த ஆண்டு பட்டியலைவிட ஐந்து இடங்கள் முன்னேறி உலக அளவில் 118ஆவது இடத்தையும். இந்திய அளவில் முதல் இடத்தையும் பிடித்துள்ளன. 
• ஐஐடி பாம்பே உலக அளவில் 134ஆவது இடத்தைப் பெற்று இந்திய அளவில் இரண்டாம் இடம் பிடித்துள்ளது. ஐஐடி சென்னை கடந்த ஆண்டைவிட 10 இடங்கள் முன்னேறி உலக அளவில் 170ஆவது இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது. 
• ஐஐடி கரக்பூர் 205ஆவது இடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. பெங்களுருவில் உள்ள ஐஐஎஸ்சி எனப்படும் இந்திய அறிவியல் நிறுவனம் 221ஆம் இடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. 
• டெல்லி பல்கலைக்கழகம் 322ஆம் இடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. ஜவஹர்லால் நேரு பல்கலைக்கழகம் 555ஆவது இடத்திலும், ஜாமியா மில்லியா இஸ்லாமியா 686ஆவது இடத்திலும் முத்திரைபதித்துள்ளன.
• இந்த உலகளாவிய தரவரிசையில் தமிழக அரசுப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில், சென்னை அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகம் ஒட்டுமொத்தத் தரவரிசையில் 470ஆவது இடத்தைப் பெற்றுள்ளது. 
• பேராசிரியர்களின் 'ஆராய்ச்சிப் பங்களிப்பு' என்ற தனிப்பிரிவில் உலக அளவில் அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகம் 69ஆவது இடத்தையும், கோவை பாரதியார் பல்கலைக்கழகம் நேரடியாக உலக அளவில் 75ஆவது இடத்தையும் பிடித்துச் சாதனை படைத்துள்ளன.
• கோவை பாரதியார் பல்கலைக்கழகம் முதல்முறையாகக் கியூஎஸ் தரவரிசையில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. மும்பை பல்கலைக்கழகம், கல்கத்தா பல்கலைக்கழகம், புனே சாவித்ரிபாய் புலே பல்கலைக்கழகம், அலிகார் முஸ்லிம் பல்கலைக்கழகம், ஹைதராபாத் பல்கலைக்கழகம், பஞ்சாப் பல்கலைக்கழகம் என பல மாநில அரசு பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் க்யூஎஸ் தரவரிசையில் முதல் 1000 இடங்களுக்குள் வந்துள்ளன.

• QS WORLD RANKING 2027: The 2027 rankings by the London-based QS organization have been released. In this year's rankings, various Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) have secured spots within the top 500. Simultaneously, public and private universities across India have also performed impressively.
• IIT Delhi climbed five places compared to last year's list, securing the 118th position globally and the top spot in India. IIT Bombay ranked 134th globally, taking second place in India. 
• IIT Madras improved by 10 places from the previous year to reach the 170th global position. IIT Kharagpur secured the 205th spot. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru ranked 221st. 
• Delhi University secured the 322nd position. Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) ranked 555th, while Jamia Millia Islamia secured the 686th spot.
• Among Tamil Nadu's state universities, Anna University, Chennai, secured the 470th position in the overall global rankings. 
• Notably, Anna University achieved the 69th global rank, and Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, secured the 75th global rank in the specific category of 'research contribution' by faculty.
• It is noteworthy that Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, has appeared in the QS rankings for the first time. 
• Several state universities including the University of Mumbai, the University of Calcutta, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Aligarh Muslim University, the University of Hyderabad, and Panjab University—have also secured places within the top 1000 of the QS rankings.
