• 2025ம் ஆண்டு சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதித்துறையின் செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN 2025: சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதி அமைச்சகத்தின் சட்ட விவகாரத் துறை, இந்திய சட்ட நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து, 2025 நவம்பர் 26 அன்று புதுதில்லியில் 75வது அரசியல் சட்ட தினத்தைக் கொண்டாடியது. 
• இயக்குநர் மற்றும் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்கள் விளக்கு ஏற்றி நிகழ்ச்சியைத் தொடங்கிவைத்தனர். அரசியல் சட்ட தினத்தின் வரலாற்று முக்கியத்துவம் மற்றும் அரசியல் சட்ட மாண்புகளின் சமகால பொருத்தப்பாடு குறித்து பேராசிரியர் (டாக்டர்) வி.கே. அஹுஜா உரையாற்றினார். 
• பின்னர் "அரசியலமைப்பு இன்று எதனை அர்த்தப்படுத்துகிறது " என்ற கருப்பொருளில் இறுதிச் சுற்று போட்டி நடைபெற்றது, இதில் இந்திய சட்ட நிறுவன மாணவர்கள், சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதி அமைச்சகத்தின் பயிற்சியாளர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். 
• இந்தக் கொண்டாட்டங்களில் இந்திய சட்ட நிறுவன இயக்குநர் மற்றும் பிற பிரமுகர்களின் பங்கேற்புடன் "வந்தே மாதரம்" பாடலும், அரசியல் சட்டத்தின் முகப்புரை வாசித்தலும் இடம்பெற்றன. 
• அதைத் தொடர்ந்து இந்திய சட்ட நிறுவன மாணவர்களிடையே நான்கு பேர் கொண்ட குழுக்களாக மூன்று சுற்று அரசியல் சட்டம் தொடர்பான விநாடி வினா போட்டி நடைபெற்றது. இந்தப் போட்டிகளில் வெற்றி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்கள் சான்றிதழ்களை வழங்கினர்.
• மத்திய அரசின் அனைத்து அமைச்சகங்கள், அதன் துறைகள் மற்றும் இணைக்கப்பட்ட அலுவலகங்களில் சட்டத் தகவல் மற்றும் மேலாண்மை விளக்க அமைப்பு (லிம்பஸ்) செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. 
• இது அனைத்து பங்குதாரர்களையும் அதாவது பயனர்கள், பல்வேறு அமைச்சகங்கள்/துறைகளின் பொறுப்பு அதிகாரிகள், வழக்கறிஞர்கள் போன்றவர்களை ஒரே தளத்தில் கொண்டு வந்துள்ளது. 
• அமைச்சகங்கள்/துறைகளின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த முயற்சிகளால், இந்த அமைப்பு 13310 பதிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட பயனர்கள் மூலம் 13.05 லட்சம் நீதிமன்ற வழக்குகளை (பைசல் செய்யப்பட்ட வழக்குகள் உட்பட) கொண்டுள்ளது. 
• இதன் மூலம் மத்திய அரசு தொடர்பான வழக்குகளின் ஒருங்கிணைந்த தரவுத்தளத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது. இந்த அமைப்பு அனைத்து நீதிமன்றங்கள், 18,687 குழு மற்றும் பிற வழக்கறிஞர்களின் விவரங்களையும் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• 2025-ம் ஆண்டில், மத்திய முகமைப் பிரிவு உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் 8,685 புதிய வழக்குகளைத் தாக்கல் செய்தது. அதே நேரத்தில் நடப்பு ஆண்டில் மொத்தம் 2,586 வழக்குகள் பைசல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. 
• 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டில் (ஜனவரி முதல் நவம்பர் 2025 வரை), இந்தத் துறை மத்திய அரசின் பல்வேறு அமைச்சகங்கள்/துறைகளுக்கு 3221 ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்கியது மற்றும் 108 அமைச்சரவைக் குறிப்புகளை ஆய்வு செய்தது.
• சட்டம் மற்றும் நீதி அமைச்சகத்தின், சட்ட விவகாரங்கள் துறை பிற நாடுகளுடன் சிவில் சட்டத்தின் கீழ் சட்ட ஒத்துழைப்புக்கான பல்வேறு ஒப்பந்தங்களை மேற்கொள்கிறது. 
• இதன்படி 2025-ல், வியட்நாம் சோசலிச குடியரசுடன் சிவில் மற்றும் வணிக விஷயங்களில் பரஸ்பர சட்ட உதவி ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்திடப்பட்டுள்ளன. மேலும் 2025 டிசம்பர் 23 அன்று ஒரு தூதுக்குழுவின் வருகைக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.

• KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE IN 2025: The Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, in association with the Law Institute of India, celebrated the 75th Constitution Day on 26 November 2025 in New Delhi. The event was inaugurated by the Director and the Chief Guest by lighting the lamp. 
• Professor (Dr) V.K. Ahuja spoke on the historical significance of Constitution Day and the contemporary relevance of constitutional values. This was followed by the final round of the competition on the theme “What does the Constitution mean today” in which students of the Law Institute of India and interns of the Ministry of Law and Justice participated. 
• The celebrations included the singing of “Vande Mataram” and the recitation of the Preamble of the Constitution with the participation of the Director of the Law Institute of India and other dignitaries, followed by three rounds of trivia on the Constitution among the students of the Law Institute of India in groups of four. The Chief Guest presented certificates to the winners of these competitions.
• The Legal Information and Management Information System (LIMBUS) is being implemented in all the Ministries, its Departments and attached offices of the Central Government. 
• It has brought all the stakeholders i.e. users, responsible officers of various ministries/departments, lawyers etc. on a single platform. With the concerted efforts of the ministries/departments, the system has 13.05 lakh court cases (including disposed cases) through 13310 registered users. Through this, it has created a consolidated database of cases related to the Central Government. The system also has details of all the courts, 18,687 panel and other lawyers.
• In 2025, the Central Agencies Division filed 8,685 new cases in the Supreme Court. At the same time, a total of 2,586 cases have been disposed of in the current year. 
• In 2025 (January to November 2025), the department issued 3221 advisories to various ministries/departments of the Central Government and examined 108 Cabinet Notes.
• The Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice, enters into various agreements for legal cooperation under civil law with other countries. 
• Accordingly, in 2025, agreements on mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters have been signed with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. A visit of a delegation was also arranged on 23 December 2025.
