• சிங்கப்பெண் சிறப்பு அதிரடிப்படை திட்டம் / SINGAPEN SPECIAL TASK FORCE SCHEME: பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பினை மேம்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு, தடுப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு உத்திகளை முதன்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றை இலக்காகக் கொண்டு செயல்படக் கூடிய ஒரு சிறப்பு அதிரடிப்படை உருவாக்கப்படும்.

• முதலமைச்சரின் அறிவிப்பினைத் தொடர்ந்து மேலே படிக்கப்பட்ட தனது கடிதத்தில் காவல்துறை இயக்குநர்/ காவல் படை தலைவர் பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பினை மேம்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு, தடுப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு உத்திகளை முதன்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றை இலக்காகக் கொண்டு செயல்படக் கூடிய, 'சிங்கப்பெண் சிறப்பு அதிரடிப்படை உருவாக்குதல் தொடர்பான ஆணை வெளியிடுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொண்டுள்ளார்.

• சிங்கப்பெண் சிறப்பு அதிரடிப்படை திட்டம் / SINGAPEN SPECIAL TASK FORCE SCHEME: குற்ற சம்பவங்கள் நிகழ வாய்ப்புள்ள இடங்களை கண்டறிந்து கண்காணித்தல், பொது இடங்களில் கண்காணிப்பு மற்றும் தங்கள் இருப்பை மேம்படுத்தி கற்றுக்காவல் பணிகள் மேற்கொண்டு குற்றச்சம்பவங்கள் நடைபெறாமல் தடுத்து பொது இடங்களில் பெண்களுக்கு பாதுகாப்பான சூழ்நிலையை உருவாக்குதல்.
• பேருந்து நிறுத்தங்கள், இரயில் நிலையங்கள், கல்வி நிலையங்கள் மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப நிறுவனங்கள் அமைந்துள்ள இடங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பொதுமக்கள் அதிக அளவில் செல்லக் கூடிய மற்றும் நெருக்கடி மிகுந்த பகுதிகளில் தங்கள் இருப்பை அதிக அளவில் வெளிப்படுத்தி, சட்டவிரோத செயல்களை தடுத்தல்.
• பாதிக்கப்பட்ட நபர்களை மீட்டு, அவர்களது பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் நலனை உறுதி செய்வனுடன் இதர ஆதரவுகள் கிடைத்திட வகை செய்வது உள்ளிட்ட உதவிகளை உரிய நேரத்தில் செய்தல்.

• மேலே பத்தி-2ல் உள்ள காவல்துறை தலைமை இயக்குவரின் கருத்துருவினை அரசு கவனமுடன் ஆய்வு செய்து, பெண்களின் பாதுகாப்பினை மேம்படுத்தும் பொருட்டு, தடுப்பு மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு உத்திகளை முதன்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றை இலக்காகக் கொண்டு செயல்படக் கூடி சிங்கப்பெண் சிறப்பு அதிரடிப்படை' உருவாக்கவும் முதற்கட்டமாக காவல்துறை தலைமையகத்தில் பின்வரும் பணியிடங்களுக்கு நிர்வாக ஒப்பளிப்பும் செய்து அரசு ஆணையிடுகிறது. இந்த சிங்கப்பெண் சிறப்பு அதிரடிப் படை முதலமைச்சரின் நேரடி கண்காணிப்பின் கீழ் இயங்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• SINGAPEN SPECIAL TASK FORCE SCHEME: With the objective of enhancing women's safety, a Special Task Force will be constituted to operate with preventive and protective strategies as its primary and singular focus.
• To assist women in distress, this Special Task Force equipped with adequate personnel and state-of-the-art facilities will be established across the entire state; measures will be undertaken to ensure that its presence is made clearly visible and known among women.
• Following the announcement made by the Chief Minister, and pursuant to the letter cited above, the Director General of Police (DGP) has requested the issuance of a formal order regarding the creation of the 'Singappen Special Task Force,' which is designed to function with preventive and protective strategies as its primary and singular objective for enhancing women's safety.

Functions of the 'Singappen Special Task Force'

• SINGAPEN SPECIAL TASK FORCE SCHEME: Identifying and monitoring locations prone to criminal incidents; enhancing visibility and conducting intensive patrolling in public spaces to deter criminal acts, thereby creating a safe environment for women in public areas.
• Maintaining a highly visible presence in crowded and high-traffic areas—including bus stops, railway stations, educational institutions, and locations housing IT companies—to deter and prevent unlawful activities.
• Providing timely assistance, including rescuing victims, ensuring their safety and well-being, and facilitating access to other necessary support services.
• Collaborating with relevant agencies such as the Department of Social Welfare, the Department of Education, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to conduct awareness campaigns and to mobilize various sections of society in collective efforts to enhance women's safety. 
• The Government, having carefully examined the proposal submitted by the Director General of Police in Paragraph 2 above, and with a view to enhancing the safety of women by prioritizing preventive and protective strategies as its primary and singular objective hereby orders the creation of the 'Singappen Special Action Force' and grants administrative sanction, in the initial phase, for the following posts at the Police Headquarters. It is further stated that this 'Singappen Special Action Force' shall function under the direct supervision of the Chief Minister.
