• 2025ம் ஆண்டு நிலவளத் துறையின் செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF LAND RESOURCES IN 2025: டிஜிட்டல் இந்தியா நிலப் பதிவுகள் நவீனமயமாக்கல் திட்டத்தின் மூலம் நிலவளத் துறை ஏறத்தாழ மொத்தப் பணியை நிறைவு செய்துள்ளது. நில நிர்வாகத்தை "காகித ஆவணங்களில்" இருந்து "ஆன்லைனுக்கு" திறம்பட மாற்றியுள்ளது. 
• இதனால் 19 மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள குடிமக்கள் இப்போது டிஜிட்டல் கையொப்பமிடப்பட்ட, சட்டப்பூர்வமாக செல்லுபடியாகும் நிலப் பதிவுகளை வீட்டிலிருந்தே பதிவிறக்கம் செய்யலாம்.
• மேலும் 406 மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள வங்கிகள் அடமானங்களை ஆன்லைனில் சரிபார்க்கலாம். இது கடன் அணுகலை கணிசமாக விரைவுபடுத்துகிறது.
• நகர்ப்புற வாழ்விடங்களின் தேசிய புவியியல் அறிவு அடிப்படையிலான நில ஆய்வு முன்னோடித் திட்டம் 157 நகர்ப்புற உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளில் விரைவான முன்னேற்றத்தை அடைந்துள்ளது.
• தமிழ்நாட்டிலும் சண்டிகரிலும் முன்னோடித் திட்டமாக நில வகைமை மற்றும் வருவாய் விதிமுறைகளின் சொற்களஞ்சிய தொகுப்புப் பணி தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 
• புவிசார் அளவெல்லைகளை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட 14 இலக்கக் குறியீடு, "நிலத்திற்கான ஆதார்" என நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. நீர்நிலை மேம்பாட்டுக் கூறு - பிரதமரின் வேளாண் பாசனத் திட்டம் 2.0 கீழ் மாநிலங்கள்/யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களுக்கு மத்திய நிதியிலிருந்து மொத்தம் ரூ.5576 கோடி விடுவிக்கப்பட்டது.
• நீர்நிலை மேம்பாட்டுக் கூறு - பிரதமரின் வேளாண் பாசனத் திட்டத்தின்கீழ் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் நீர்நிலை மேம்பாட்டு நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தவும், திட்டப் பகுதிகளில் மக்களின் பங்களிப்பை உருவாக்கவும், பிப்ரவரி 2025 முதல் மே 2025 வரை “நீர்நிலை யாத்திரை” நடத்தப்பட்டது.
• நீர்நிலை முயற்சிகளில் பொதுமக்களின் பங்களிப்பை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துவதற்காக, மத்திய ஊரக வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் தகவல் தொடர்புத் துறை இணையமைச்சர் முன்னிலையில், "நீர்நிலைப் பெருவிழா" என்ற தலைப்பில் நாடு தழுவிய பிரச்சாரம் 2025 நவம்பர் 11 அன்று மத்திய ஊரக வளர்ச்சி அமைச்சரால் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. 
• நீர்நிலை மக்கள் பங்கேற்பு கோப்பை திட்டத்தின் கீழ் விருது வழங்குதல், அடிக்கல் நாட்டுதல், நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணித்தல், உழைப்புதானம், தோட்டக்கலை இயக்கங்கள் மற்றும் முந்தைய நீர்நிலை சொத்துக்களை பழுதுபார்த்தல், நீர்நிலை புனரமைப்பு தொடங்குதல் ஆகியவை இதில் அடங்கும்.
• உலக வங்கி உதவியுடன் விவசாய மீள்தன்மைக்கு புதிய மேம்பாடு மூலம் நீர்நிலைகள் புனரமைப்பு (ரிவார்ட்) திட்டத்தின் கீழ், உலகளாவிய நிபுணர்கள், தேசிய நிறுவனங்கள், மாநில அரசுகள் மற்றும் சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகளின் பங்கேற்புடன், பெங்களூருவில் 2025 நவம்பர் 26-28 தேதிகளில் “நீர்நிலை மீள்தன்மை: அறிவியல், நிலைத்தன்மை மற்றும் சமூகத்தை ஒருங்கிணைத்தல்” என்ற தலைப்பில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்ட சர்வதேச மாநாடு நடைபெற்றது.
• 2025-ல் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்ட முன்முயற்சிகள், கிராமப்புற இந்தியாவிற்கு நிலையான நீர்நிலை மேலாண்மை, பருவநிலை மீள்தன்மை, சமூக பங்கேற்பு, நீண்டகால நீர் பாதுகாப்பு ஆகியவற்றில் அரசின் உறுதிப்பாட்டை வலுப்படுத்துகின்றன.

• KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF LAND RESOURCES IN 2025: The Department of Land Resources has completed almost the entire task under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme, effectively transitioning land administration from "paper records" to "online". 
• As a result, citizens in 19 states can now download digitally signed, legally valid land records from their homes, and banks in 406 districts can verify mortgages online, significantly speeding up access to credit.
• The National Geographic Information System-based Land Survey Pilot Project for urban settlements has made rapid progress in 157 urban local bodies.
• A pilot project for compiling a glossary of land classification and revenue terms was launched in Tamil Nadu and Chandigarh. A 14-digit code based on geospatial boundaries has been established as the "Aadhaar for Land". 
• Under the Watershed Development Component - Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana 2.0, a total of Rs. 5576 crore was released from the central fund to states/union territories.
• To create awareness about watershed development activities undertaken under the Watershed Development Component - Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana and to generate public participation in the project areas, a “Watershed Yatra” was conducted from February 2025 to May 2025.
• To further strengthen public participation in watershed initiatives, a nationwide campaign titled "Watershed Mahotsav" was launched by the Union Minister of Rural Development on November 11, 2025, in the presence of the Minister of State for Rural Development and Communications. 
• This includes awarding prizes under the Watershed People's Participation Cup program, laying foundation stones, dedicating projects to the nation, voluntary labor, horticultural initiatives, and repairing existing watershed assets, as well as initiating watershed restoration.
• Under the World Bank-assisted Watershed Restoration for Agricultural Resilience through Innovative Development (REWARD) project, an international conference titled “Watershed Resilience: Integrating Science, Sustainability and Society” was organized in Bengaluru from November 26-28, 2025, with the participation of global experts, national institutions, state governments, and civil society organizations.
• The initiatives undertaken in 2025 reinforce the government's commitment to sustainable watershed management, climate resilience, community participation, and long-term water security for rural India.
