• 2025ம் ஆண்டு கனகரகத் தொழில்கள் அமைச்சகத்தின் செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES IN 2025: ஆட்டோமொபைல் மற்றும் ஆட்டோ உதிரிபாகங்கள் துறைக்கு ரூ. 25,938 கோடி பட்ஜெட் ஒதுக்கீட்டில் உற்பத்தியுடன் இணைந்த ஊக்கத்தொகை (பிஎல்ஐ) திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. 
• இது, மேம்பட்ட ஆட்டோமொடிவ் தொழில்நுட்ப தயாரிப்பில் இந்தியாவின் உற்பத்தித் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துதல், செலவுக் குறைபாடுகளை சமாளித்தல், வலுவான விநியோகத் தொடரை உருவாக்குதல் ஆகியவற்றை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. 
• 15.09.2021-ல் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட இந்தத் திட்டம், 2023-24 நிதியாண்டு முதல் 2027-28 நிதியாண்டு வரையிலான காலகட்டத்தை உள்ளடக்கியது. 
• இந்தத் திட்டம் மின்சார வாகனம் மற்றும் ஹைட்ரஜன் எரிபொருள் செல் கூறுகளுக்கு 13%-18% மற்றும் பிற ஆட்டோமொடிவ் தொழில்நுட்ப தயாரிப்புக் கூறுகளுக்கு 8%-13% ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்குகிறது. 
• இதில் ரூ. 42,500 கோடி முதலீட்டுடன் 82 அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் உள்ளனர். இதன் மூலம் ரூ.2,31,500 கோடி விற்பனை அதிகரித்துள்ளது. ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளில் 1.48 லட்சம் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், 31.12.2025 வரை, மொத்தம் 13,61,488 அலகுகளுக்கு (அதாவது 10,42,172 மின்சார இரு சக்கர வாகனங்கள், 2,38,385 மின்சார மூன்று சக்கர வாகனங்கள், 79,540 மின்சார நான்கு சக்கர வாகனங்கள், 1,391 மின்சாரப் பேருந்துகள் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு) ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• உற்பத்தியுடன் இணைந்த ஊக்கத்தொகை (பிஎல்ஐ) திட்டம் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50% உள்நாட்டு மதிப்புக் கூட்டலை அடையும் தயாரிப்புகளுக்கு மட்டுமே ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்குகிறது.
• பிஎம் இ-டிரைவ் திட்டம் 29.09.2024-ல் ரூ.10,900 கோடி செலவில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தை செயல்படுத்தும் காலம் தொடக்கத்தில் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக, அதாவது 01.04.2024 முதல் 31.03.2026 வரை இருந்தது. 
• பின்னர் 31.03.2028 வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டது. இருப்பினும், மின்சார இரு சக்கர வாகனங்கள் மற்றும் மூன்று சக்கர வாகனங்களுக்கான இறுதி தேதி 31.03.2026 ஆகவே தக்கவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• 28 லட்சத்திற்கும் அதிகமான மின்சார வாகனங்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்கான மானியங்களுக்காக ரூ.3,679 கோடி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் 24.79 லட்சம் மின்சார இரு சக்கர வாகனங்கள், இ-ரிக்‌ஷாக்கள், இ-வண்டிகள் உட்பட 3.28 லட்சம் மின்சார மூன்று சக்கர வாகனங்கள், 5,643 இ-டிரக்குகள் அடங்கும். 
• பொது போக்குவரத்து நிறுவனங்களால் 14,028 மின் பேருந்துகளை இயக்க ரூ.4,391 கோடி; போதிய எண்ணிக்கையில் பொது சார்ஜிங் நிலையங்களை அமைக்க ரூ.2,000 கோடி; சோதனை நிறுவனங்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கு ரூ.780 கோடி மற்றும் நிர்வாகச் செலவுகளுக்கு ரூ.50 கோடி ஆகியவையும் ஒதுக்கீட்டில் அடங்கும்.
• மத்திய கனரகத் தொழில்கள் மற்றும் எஃகுத்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு எச்.டி. குமாரசாமி, பிரதமர் மின்-இயக்கத்தின் கீழ் மின்-டிரக்குகளை ஊக்குவிக்கும் திட்டத்தைத் தொடங்கிவைத்தார். 
• நாட்டின் தூய்மையான மற்றும் நிலையான சரக்குப் போக்குவரத்துக்கு மாறுவதற்கு உதவும் வகையில், மின்சார லாரிகளுக்கான ஆதரவை மத்திய அரசு தொடங்குவது இதுவே முதல் முறையாகும்.
• கனரக தொழில்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் இந்தி இதழான "உத்யோக் பாரதி"யின் இரண்டாம் பதிப்பை மத்திய இணையமைச்சர் திரு பூபதிராஜு ஸ்ரீனிவாச வர்மா வெளியிட்டார்.

• KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF HEAVY INDUSTRIES IN 2025: The Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for the automobile and auto components sector is being implemented with a budget allocation of ₹25,938 crore. 
• It aims to enhance India's manufacturing capabilities in advanced automotive technology products, overcome cost disabilities, and build a robust supply chain.
• This scheme, approved on 15.09.2021, covers the period from the financial year 2023-24 to the financial year 2027-28. The scheme provides incentives of 13%-18% for electric vehicle and hydrogen fuel cell components and 8%-13% for other automotive technology product components. 
• It has 82 approved applicants with an investment of ₹42,500 crore, resulting in an increase in sales of ₹2,31,500 crore. 1.48 lakh jobs have been created over five years.
• Under this scheme, as of 31.12.2025, incentives have been disbursed for a total of 13,61,488 units (i.e., 10,42,172 electric two-wheelers, 2,38,385 electric three-wheelers, 79,540 electric four-wheelers, and 1,391 electric buses). The Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme provides incentives only for products that achieve a minimum of 50% domestic value addition.
• The PM e-Drive scheme was launched on 29.09.2024 with an outlay of ₹10,900 crore. The implementation period for this scheme was initially two years, from 01.04.2024 to 31.03.2026. 
• It was later extended until 31.03.2028. However, the deadline for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers remains 31.03.2026.
• A sum of ₹3,679 crore has been allocated for subsidies to promote over 28 lakh electric vehicles. This includes 24.79 lakh electric two-wheelers, 3.28 lakh electric three-wheelers including e-rickshaws and e-carts, and 5,643 e-trucks. 
• The allocation also includes ₹4,391 crore for the operation of 14,028 electric buses by public transport undertakings; ₹2,000 crore for setting up an adequate number of public charging stations; ₹780 crore for upgrading testing institutions; and ₹50 crore for administrative expenses.
• The Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel, Shri H.D. Kumaraswamy, launched the scheme to promote e-trucks under the Prime Minister's e-mobility initiative. 
• This is the first time the Central Government is initiating support for electric trucks, which will help the country transition to cleaner and sustainable freight transport.
• The Minister of State for Heavy Industries, Shri Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma, released the second edition of "Udyog Bharati," the Hindi magazine of the Ministry of Heavy Industries.
