உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் 2024 / WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் அல்லது விஸ்வ ஹிந்தி திவாஸ் ஆண்டுதோறும் ஜனவரி 10 அன்று நினைவுகூரப்படுகிறது.
மகாராஷ்டிர மாநிலம் நாக்பூரில் 1975 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி மாதம் நடைபெற்ற முதல் உலக ஹிந்தி மாநாட்டின் நினைவாக ஜனவரி 10 ஆம் தேதி உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. முதல் உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் 2006 இல் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.
சர்வதேச மொழியாக ஹிந்தியைப் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் உலகம் முழுவதும் அதன் பயன்பாட்டை ஊக்குவிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் இது கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.
உலக ஹிந்தி மாநாடு
உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் 2024 / WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: முதல் உலக ஹிந்தி மாநாடு 1975 இல் இந்தியாவின் நாக்பூரில் நடைபெற்றது. அதன்பிறகு, உலகின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளில் இதுபோன்ற 11 மாநாடுகள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதுவரை நடைபெற்ற 11 மாநாடுகளின் விவரம்.
12வது உலக ஹிந்தி மாநாட்டை பிஜி அரசுடன் இணைந்து வெளியுறவு அமைச்சகம் 15 முதல் 17 பிப்ரவரி 2023 வரை பிஜியில் ஏற்பாடு செய்துள்ளது. மாநாட்டின் முக்கிய கருப்பொருள் "இந்தி - பாரம்பரிய அறிவு முதல் செயற்கை நுண்ணறிவு".
இந்தி மொழி வளர்ச்சி தொடர்பான பல கண்காட்சிகள் மாநாட்டு இடத்தில் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்படும். கலாச்சார நிகழ்ச்சிகள் மற்றும் கவி சம்மேளனை மாநாட்டின் போது புது தில்லியில் உள்ள இந்திய கலாச்சார உறவுகளுக்கான கவுன்சில் ஏற்பாடு செய்ய முன்மொழியப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்தியா மற்றும் பிற நாடுகளைச் சேர்ந்த ஹிந்தி அறிஞர்கள் இந்தித் துறையில் சிறப்பான பங்களிப்பிற்காக "விஷ்வ ஹிந்தி சம்மான்" விருது வழங்கி கௌரவிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
உலக ஹிந்தி செயலகம்
உலக ஹிந்தி தினம் 2024 / WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: 1975 ஆம் ஆண்டு நாக்பூரில் நடைபெற்ற முதல் உலக இந்தி மாநாட்டில், மொரீஷியஸ் நாட்டின் பிரதமராக இருந்த சர் சீவூசாகூர் ராம்கூலம் என்பவரால் இந்தி தொடர்பான செயல்பாடுகளை ஒருங்கிணைப்பதற்காக ஒரு உலகளாவிய அமைப்பு அமைப்பதற்கான யோசனை முதலில் முன்மொழியப்பட்டது.
இந்த முன்மொழிவு அடுத்தடுத்த WHC களில் மீண்டும் வலியுறுத்தப்பட்டது மற்றும் மொரிஷியஸில் நிறுவப்படும் உலக ஹிந்தி செயலகமாக மெதுவாக வடிவம் பெற்றது.
இந்திய அரசுக்கும் மொரீஷியஸுக்கும் இடையே ஒரு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது மற்றும் மொரீஷியஸின் தேசிய சட்டமன்றத்தால் WHS சட்டத்தை இயற்றியதன் அடிப்படையில் WHS உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.
WHS அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக 11 பிப்ரவரி 2008 இல் செயல்படத் தொடங்கியது. WHS இன் முக்கிய நோக்கம் ஹிந்தியை சர்வதேச மொழியாக மேம்படுத்துவதை விரைவுபடுத்துவதற்கான உலகளாவிய தளத்தை உருவாக்குவதாகும்.

WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: World Hindi Day or Vishwa Hindi Diwas is commemmorated annually on January 10. World Hindi Day is observed on January 10 to commemorate the first World Hindi Conference held in January 1975 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The first World Hindi Day was celebrated in 2006.
It is celebrated with the objective of raising awareness about Hindi as an International Language and to promote its use across the woprld.
World Hindi Conference
WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: The first World Hindi Conference was held in 1975 in Nagpur, India. Since then, 11 such conferences have been organized in different parts of the world. The details of 11 conferences held so far.
The 12th World Hindi Conference is being organized by the Ministry of External Affairs in collaboration with the Government of Fiji from 15 to 17 february 2023 in Fiji. The main theme of the conference is "Hindi – Traditional Knowledge to Artificial Intelligence".
Several exhibitions related to the development of Hindi language will be organized at the conference venue. Cultural programmes and Kavi Sammelan is also proposed to be organized by Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi during the Conference.
Hindi scholars from India and other countries will be honored with "Vishwa Hindi Samman" for their special contribution in the field of Hindi.
World Hindi Secretariat
WORLD HINDI DAY 2024: The idea for the setting up of a Global body for the coordination of Hindi related activities was first proposed at the first World Hindi Conference held in Nagpur, in 1975 by Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam, the then Prime Minister of Mauritius.
The proposal was reiterated in subsequent WHCs and slowly took shape of a World Hindi Secretariat to be established in Mauritius.
An Agreement was signed between the Government of India and Mauritius and the WHS was set up pursuant to the enactment of the WHS Act by the national assembly of Mauritius.
The WHS started functioning officially on the 11 February, 2008. The main objective of WHS is to create a global platform to accelerate the promotion of Hindi as an International Language.
