ஐ.என்.எஸ். அரிகாட் / INS ARIGHAT: இந்திய கடற்படையில் ஐ.என்.எஸ் அரிஹந்த் கப்பலையடுத்து, கடற்படையில் இணைந்த இரண்டாவது அணுசக்தி நீர்மூழ்கிக் கப்பல் தான் ஐ.என்.எஸ் அரிகாட்.
இது 6000 டன் எடை கொண்ட ஐ.என்.எஸ் அரிகாட் அணுசக்தியால் இயங்குகிறது. அரிகாட்(Arighat) என்பது எதிரிகளை அழிப்பவன் என்ற அர்த்தத்தை கொண்டது.
ஒருமுறை எரிபொருள் நிரப்பினால் பல மாதங்கள் நீருக்கடியில் இருந்து செயல்படும் திறன் கொண்டது.
இந்திய கடற்படை மட்டுமின்றி DRDO, BHEL ஆகிய நிறுவனங்களின் கூட்டு முயற்சியால் இந்த ஐ.என்.எஸ். அரிகாட் உருவாக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

INS ARIGHAT: Following the INS Arihant, the INS Arighat is the second nuclear-powered submarine to join the Indian Navy. The INS Arighat, weighing 6000 tons, is powered by nuclear energy. The name Arighat means 'destroyer of enemies'.
It is capable of operating underwater for several months on a single refueling. The INS Arighat has been developed through a joint effort of the Indian Navy, along with DRDO and BHEL.
