Change in the Tamil Nadu Cabinet
- 4 people including Senthil Balaji and Kovi Chezhian were sworn in as new ministers in the Tamil Nadu Cabinet reshuffle. In this case, departments have been allocated for them.

- Kovi Chehian - Department of Higher Education
- R. Rajendran - Department of Tourism
- Avadi Nasar - Minority Welfare Department and Neighborhood Tamil Welfare Department
- Apart from this, Coonoor Constituency Assembly Member Ka. Ramachandran has been appointed as the Government Chief Whip.
- Minister Udayanidhi Stalin was announced as Deputy Chief Minister. Ministers Mano Thangaraj, K. Ramachandran and Senji Masthan were removed from the cabinet. Also the portfolios of 6 ministers were changed.
- Raja Kannappan, who was the Minister of Backward Welfare, has now been transferred to the Dairy Department.
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K.Stalin inaugurated the tenth phase of excavation work at Geezadi and Kontagai in Sivagangai district, Tiruppuvanam circle on Tuesday (June 18) through video at the excavation site.
