SpaceX launched 48 satellites for high-speed Internet
- Elon Musk's SpaceX has launched 48 satellites for high-speed internet. 48 StarLink satellites were launched by a Falcon 9 rocket from Vanderburgh, California.
- Shortly after launch, the Falcon 9's first stage landed on the off-course I Still Love You droneship parked in the Pacific Ocean. With this, Star Link will provide low-cost high-speed internet to areas where internet is completely unavailable.
- The 3rd G-20 Group of Culture Summit started today (09-07-2023) in Hampi, Karnataka. Around 50 people from G20 member states, invitee countries and seven multilateral organizations participated in the third meeting in Hampi.
- Conservation and restoration of cultural properties; Using living heritage for a sustainable future; promoting a creative cultural economy; and the use of digital technologies for cultural preservation are the 4 priority aspects of the conference.
