குட்டி காவலர் திட்டம் / KUTTY KAVALAR SCHEME

• முதல்வர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின், 'குட்டி காவலர்' என்ற மாணவர்களுக்கான சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு திட்டத்தை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• இளம் பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு பற்றி நன்கு வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட பாடத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்து கற்பித்து அவர்களை சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பின் தூதுவர்களாக மாற்றுவதே குட்டி காவலர் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.
• தமிழக அரசு மற்றும் கோயம்புத்தூரில் இயங்கி வரும் உயிர் அறக்கட்டளை இணைந்து குட்டி காவலர் என்ற மாணவர்களுக்கான சாலை பாதுகாப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு திட்டம் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு சாலை பாதுகாப்பு விழிப்புணர்வு பற்றி நன்கு வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட பாட திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பு குறித்து கற்பித்து அவர்களை சாலைப் பாதுகாப்பின் தூதுவர்களாக மாற்றுவதே குட்டி காவலர் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• சாலை பாதுகாப்பு குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை பெற்றோர்கள், குடும்பத்தினர் மற்றும் நண்பர்களிடம் மாணவர்கள் பரப்பும் வகையில், தமிழக முதல்வர் தலைமையில் 5 ஆயிரம் மாணவர்கள் கோவை கொடிசியா வர்த்தக மையத்திலும், 4.50 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள் கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் அந்தந்த பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் உறுதிமொழி எடுத்துக் கொண்டனர்.
• இதைத்தொடர்ந்து குட்டி காவலர் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் அரசு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகள், சிபிஎஸ்இ பள்ளிகளில் பயிலும் 3 முதல் 8ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை பயிலும் மாணவர்களுக்கான சாலை பாதுகாப்பு குறித்த மாணவர் பயிற்சி கையேட்டினையும், ஆசிரியர்களுக்கான வழிகாட்டி புத்தகத்தையும் முதல்வர் வெளியிட்டார்.
• இந்த உறுதிமொழி ஏற்பு நிகழ்ச்சி, ஆசிய சாதனை புத்தகமான Asia Book of Recordsஇல் இடம்பெற்றது. அதற்கான சான்றிதழும் தமிழக முதல்வரிடம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

• Chief Minister M.K.Stalin launched a road safety awareness program for students called 'Kutti Kavalar'. The objective of the Kid Guard program is to educate young school children about road safety through a well-designed curriculum on road safety awareness and make them ambassadors of road safety.
• Tamil Nadu government and Coimbatore-based Biyo Foundation has launched a road safety awareness program for students called Kutti Kavalar.
• It is stated that the objective of the Little Policeman program is to teach school students about road safety through a well-designed curriculum on road safety awareness and make them ambassadors of road safety.
• In order to spread awareness among students about road safety to their parents, family and friends, 5000 students under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu took oath at Coimbatore Kodisia Trade Center and 4.50 lakh students took oath in their respective school campuses in Coimbatore district.
• Following this, the Chief Minister released a student training manual on road safety and a teacher's guidebook for students studying in classes 3 to 8 in government, government-aided schools and CBSE schools in Coimbatore under the Gutti Gupta scheme.
• The oath-taking ceremony was featured in the Asia Book of Records. The certificate was also given to the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
