- உறைவிட வசதியுடன் மாதிரிப்பள்ளிகள் தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது. 10ஆம் வகுப்பில் 400 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு மேல் பெறும் மாணவர்கள் மாதிரிப்பள்ளிகளில் சேர்க்கப்படுவார்கள்.
- மேலும் 10ம் வகுப்பு மதிப்பெண் தவிர்த்து NTSE தேசிய திறனறிவுத்தேர்வு, NMMS எனப்படும் தேசிய வருவாய் வழித்தேர்வு, விளையாட்டுகள் மற்றும் கலைகள் ஆகியவற்றில் சிறந்து விளங்கும் மாணவர்களும் மாதிரிப்பள்ளிகளில் சேருவதற்கு உரிய தகுதிகளாக நிர்ணையிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- மேலும் சிறந்த உயர்கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில், தொழில்முறை கல்வி பிரிவுகளில் அறிவியல், தொழில் நுட்பம், பொறியியல், கலை மற்றும் மருத்துவம் சேர்ந்து பயிலும் வாய்ப்பினை உறுதி செய்யும் வகையில் மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகளில் நுழைவுத்தேர்வு அடிப்படையில் பயிற்சிகள் அளிக்கப்படும்.
- அந்த வகையில், இந்த கல்வியாண்டில் சென்னை, மதுரை, திருப்பத்தூர், நீலகிரி, திருவாரூர், சிவகங்கை, ஈரோடு, இராமநாதபுரம், திருநெல்வேலி, கோயம்புத்தூர், திருவள்ளூர், வேலூர், நாகப்பட்டினம் மற்றும் இராணிப்பேட்டை ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள 15 அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் மாதிரி பள்ளிகளாக தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
- மேலும், அரசின் இட ஒதுக்கீட்டுக் கொள்கையைப் பின்பற்றியும் மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் ஒட்டுமொத்த செயல்திறனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டும் மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகளில் சேர்க்கை நடைபெற இருக்கிறது.
- வரும் ஆண்டுகளில் மாவட்டத்தில் ஒரு மாதிரிப்பள்ளி என்கிற அடிப்படையில் மாதிரி பள்ளிகளின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரிக்கப்பட உள்ளன.
- Model schools with boarding facilities are to be started. Students who score more than 400 marks in class 10 will be admitted to model schools.
- Apart from the 10th standard score, NTSE National Aptitude Test, NMMS National Merit Test, sports and arts have also been decided as eligibility criteria for admission to model schools.
- And in the best institutes of higher education, trainings will be provided on the basis of entrance examination in model schools to ensure the opportunity to study together in science, technology, engineering, arts and medicine in professional education.
- Accordingly, 15 government schools in the districts of Chennai, Madurai, Tirupattur, Nilgiris, Tiruvarur, Sivagangai, Erode, Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli, Coimbatore, Thiruvallur, Vellore, Nagapattinam and Iranipet will be started as model schools this academic year.
- Also, admission to model schools will be done following the government's seat reservation policy and based on the overall performance of the students. In the coming years, the number of model schools will be increased in the district on a model school basis.
