- தமிழ் மொழியில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றால் மட்டுமே பணி. புதிய நடைமுறையைத் தமிழக சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் அறிவித்துள்ளது.
- தமிழக முதலமைச்சர் மு.க ஸ்டாலின் அரசுப் பணிகளில் சேர்வதற்குத் தமிழ் தகுதி கட்டாயம் என அறிவித்திருந்தார். அதனடிப்படையில் கடந்த டிசம்பர் மாதம் அரசு பணி நடத்தும் அனைத்து தேர்வு முகமைகளும் தமிழ் தகுதித்தேர்வு நடத்த வேண்டும் என அரசாணை பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது.
- முதலமைச்சரின் இந்த அறிவிப்பைத் தொடர்ந்து தமிழ்நாடு சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் காவலர் தேர்வுகளில் மாற்றத்தை கொண்டு வந்துள்ளது. அரசாணையின் அடிப்படையில் தமிழ் தகுதித்தேர்வு நடைபெறும் என்ற அறிவிப்பையும் வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
- இந்த தகுதித் தேர்வில் 80 மதிப்பெண்களுக்குத் தமிழ் தொடர்பான கேள்விகள் கேட்கப்படும் எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தனியாக நடத்தப்படும் இந்த தமிழ்த்தகுதி தேர்வு 1 மணி நேரம் 20 நிமிடங்கள் நடைபெறும் எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இதில் குறைந்தபட்சம் 40 சதவிகிதம் மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்று தேர்ச்சி பெறுவது கட்டாயம் எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- அதன் பிறகு ஏற்கனவே நடத்தப்படும் காவலர் எழுத்துத் தேர்வு, உடற்தகுதி தேர்வு, சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்க்கும் பணி உள்ளிட்டவை வழக்கம்போல் நடைபெறும் எனச் சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- தமிழ்த் தகுதித் தேர்வில் பெறப்படும் மதிப்பெண்கள் காவலர் பணியில் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதற்குக் கணக்கில் கொள்ளப்பட மாட்டாது.
- இந்த தகுதித்தேர்வு தமிழ் தெரிந்த தகுதியான நபர்களா எனத் தெரிந்துகொள்வதற்கான தேர்வு மட்டுமே என்றும், இதன் மதிப்பெண்கள் தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் இடம்பெறக் கணக்கில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியாது எனத் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
- தமிழ்த்தகுதி தேர்வில் தேர்ச்சி பெற்றால் மட்டுமே அடுத்தகட்ட காவலர் முக்கிய தேர்வை விடைத்தாள் திருத்தப்படும் எனவும் சீருடை பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையம் தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu MK Stalin had declared that Tamil qualification was compulsory to join the government service. On that basis, the government issued a directive last December requiring all government agencies to conduct Tamil qualifying examinations.
- Following this announcement by the Chief Minister, the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Personnel Selection Board has brought about a change in the police selection. It has also announced that the Tamil qualification examination will be held on the basis of the government.
- It has been informed that questions related to Tamil will be asked for 80 marks in this qualifying examination. It has been informed that this Tamil qualifying examination which will be conducted separately will be held for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- It has been reported that it is compulsory to pass with at least 40 percent marks. After that, the uniform written test, fitness test and certificate verification will be conducted as usual, according to the Uniformed Personnel Selection Board.
- The marks obtained in the Tamil Qualification Examination will not be taken into account for selection in the Police Service.
- It has been stated that this qualification is only for the selection of qualified persons who know Tamil and its marks cannot be taken into account to be included in the ranking list.
- The uniformed personnel selection committee has informed that the answer sheet of the next stage police main examination will be edited only if they pass the Tamil qualification examination.
