The Government of Tamil Nadu has issued a Rs.100 crore project for Namakku Namme Scheme
- Former Chief Minister Mu Karunanidhi announced in his 1997 financial statement that we are a program to strengthen people's self-help and self-reliance and to spread it widely and with the participation of the people.

The electoral reform bill was passed in the Lok Sabha
- Electoral Laws (Amendment) Bill 2021, Voter Registration Officers will make it possible for both existing and new voters to request a reference number. The bill was tabled in the Lok Sabha by Union Minister Kiran Rijiju today.

- The participants will be selected by the Director, Delhi Aims Hospital. Apollo Hospital is similarly allowed to cross-examine witnesses.
