Joint Report on Prolonged Cooperation between Italy and India on Energy Change
- Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a bilateral consultative meeting between the G20 leaders at the summit. The two leaders acknowledged that significant progress has been made in bilateral relations since the adoption of the India-Italy Enhanced Cooperation Action Plan Resolution on November 6, 2020.
- The two leaders expressed their determination to strengthen cooperation in key areas as stated in the program, including issues on accelerating clean energy change to combat climate change.
- The EU and India also stressed the need to address the challenges of climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution, and to co-operate on renewable energy cooperation, promotion of green hydrogen use, energy efficiency, development of smart power packages, storage technologies and modernization of the electricity market.
- In this context, the Italian Prime Minister praised India's decision to set up 450 gigawatts of renewable energy projects by 2030.
- On November 1, 1956, linguistic states were divided across India. Accordingly, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and parts of Kerala were separated from the then Madras Province. The then government had declared November 1, 2019 as the state day of Tamil Nadu.
- It was renamed as Madras Province and renamed as Tamil Nadu on July 18, 1967. Based on this change made during Anna's rule, various parties have suggested that July 18 should be celebrated as Tamil Nadu Day.
- Tamil Nadu Day will be celebrated on July 18, also known as Tamil Nadu, after careful consideration of the demands of various quarters. In addition, 137 border guards are being given a monthly stipend of Rs. 3,000 and a medical allowance of Rs. 500.
- A special event will be held on the 1st of this month for 110 border guards who have been directly involved in border struggles and are now living in prisons and sacrifices.

Participating in it, Prime Minister Modi described India's role in the war against Corona. He also announced that India would produce 500 crore vaccines by the end of next year.
- Modi also met British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, German Chancellor Angel Merkel, Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and South Korean Prime Minister Moon Jae-in.
- The United Nations' World Meteorological Organization says greenhouse gas emissions, a key factor in climate change, including warming, have reached new highs by 2020.
- The emission of carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide), an important greenhouse gas, reached a new peak in 2020 with a global average of 413.2 parts per 10 million.
- This peak is the highest in the last 10 years. This will increase the warming. The UN Climate Change Conference will be held in Scotland from October 31 to November 12.
- Under the federal government's Nirbhaya scheme, integrated service centers are functioning to provide necessary assistance to women who are sexually abused, child marriages and victims of domestic violence.
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has inaugurated 5 integrated service centers set up to provide necessary assistance to women who are victims of sexual harassment.
- In line with the celebrations of the 6th Ayurveda Day, the National Seminar and Ayurvedic Food Exhibition titled 'Ayurveda for Potion' was organized on 30 October 2021 at the premises of All India Ayurveda Institute, New Delhi.
- The Ministry of AYUSH, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Food Processing Industry, Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), IITs, IIMs, NCISM, NIFTEM, Food Technicians and Entrepreneurs shared their expertise in the workshop.
