FCRA 2.0 இணையதளம் / FCRA 2.0 PORTAL: அந்நியப் பங்களிப்பு (ஒழுங்குமுறை) சட்டம்' (FCRA)-இன் கீழ் விதிமுறை இணக்கச் செயல்முறைகளை எளிதாக்கவும், கண்காணிப்பு மற்றும் அமலாக்க வழிமுறைகளை வலுப்படுத்தவும் FCRA 2.0 இணையதளம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
விண்ணப்பங்கள், புதுப்பித்தல்கள், ஆண்டு அறிக்கைகள் (annual returns) மற்றும் பிற சேவைகள் தொடர்பான அனைத்து முக்கிய செயல்முறைகளும் இப்போது முழுமையாக டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன (முழுமையான டிஜிட்டல் செயல்முறை).
தற்போது, நாடு முழுவதும் சுமார் 14,500 செயல்பாட்டில் உள்ள FCRA அமைப்புகள் இயங்கி வருகின்றன. ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும், ஏறக்குறைய 15,000 முதல் 20,000 வரையிலான விண்ணப்பங்களும், சுமார் 17,000 ஆண்டு அறிக்கைகளும் பெறப்படுகின்றன.

தேசிய அரசு மேகக்கணி (MeghRaj)-இல் அமைந்துள்ள இந்த இணையதளத்தில், செயல்முறை மறுசீரமைப்பு, ஒருங்கிணைந்த கட்டுப்பாட்டுப் பலகம் (dashboard), ஆதார் அடிப்படையிலான அங்கீகாரம், மின்னணு கையொப்பம் (e-Sign) வசதி மற்றும் OCR அடிப்படையிலான ஆவணப் பகுப்பாய்வு போன்ற அம்சங்கள் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன.
புதிய 'FCRA திருத்த விதிகள், 2026'-இன் முக்கிய அம்சங்களும் இதில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்த இணையதளம் PAN, ஆதார், OCI, NGO Darpan மற்றும் ICAI-இன் UDIN அமைப்பு உள்ளிட்ட முக்கிய அரசுத் தரவுத்தளங்கள் மற்றும் வங்கிகளுடன் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

FCRA 2.0 PORTAL: The FCRA 2.0 Portal has been developed to simplify compliance under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act and to strengthen the monitoring and enforcement mechanism.
All major processes related to applications, renewals, annual returns, and other services have now been made fully digital (end-to-end). At present, around 14,500 active FCRA organisations are working across the country.
Every year, approximately 15,000 to 20,000 applications and about 17,000 annual returns are received. Given such a large volume, the need for a modern, technology-enabled, and secure system had been felt for a long time.
This portal, hosted on the National Government Cloud (MeghRaj), includes features such as process re-engineering, an integrated dashboard, Aadhaar-based authentication, e-Sign facility, and OCR-based document analysis.
The key provisions of the new FCRA Amendment Rules, 2026 have also been incorporated into it. The portal is integrated with major government databases and banks, including PAN, Aadhaar, OCI, NGO Darpan, and the ICAI’s UDIN system.
For organisations, this portal reduces paperwork, saves time, and provides a simple and more convenient experience. It includes faster processing of applications and an integrated, login-based dashboard.
For the government, API-based integration with major databases enables faster and more accurate verification, improved compliance monitoring, and effective oversight of the receipt and utilisation of foreign contributions - thereby strengthening both national security and good governance.
The platform has also been designed to accommodate future features such as an AI-powered chatbot and mobile-based access.
