
10th Grade Exam Results Released in Tamil Nadu
- The results for the 10th-grade examinations in Tamil Nadu were released today. A total of 8.70 lakh students appeared for the 10th-grade examinations held in March and April of 2026.
- Of these, 8.21 lakh students have passed. The pass percentage among female students stands at 96.47%. The pass percentage among male students is 92.15%.
- Female students have achieved a pass percentage that is 4.32% higher than that of male students.
- The top 5 districts with the highest pass percentages in this examination are: Pudukkottai (1st Place), Sivaganga (2nd Place), Thanjavur (3rd Place), Trichy (4th Place), and Kanyakumari (5th Place).
- The top 5 districts with the highest pass percentages in government schools are: Sivaganga (1st Place), Pudukkottai (2nd Place), Thanjavur (3rd Place), Ramanathapuram (4th Place), and Trichy (5th Place).
- Participating in the Nordic Summit held in Norway, Prime Minister Modi held separate bilateral meetings and discussions with the Prime Ministers of Iceland, Finland, and Denmark. Prime Minister Modi is currently on an official state visit to five countries across West Asia and Europe.

- As the final leg of his foreign tour, Prime Minister Modi traveled from Norway to Italy last night. Visiting at the invitation of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Prime Minister Modi is holding consultations with her regarding the strengthening of bilateral relations.
