MoU Signed Between India and the Netherlands
- During his official visit to the Netherlands, Prime Minister Modi met with his Dutch counterpart, Mark Rutte, to discuss bilateral relations. During the meeting, it was decided to strengthen cooperation between the two nations in the sectors of green hydrogen, semiconductors, and water management.
- Subsequently, Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from leading Dutch companies spanning sectors such as energy, ports, healthcare, agriculture, trade, and technology met with Prime Minister Modi for discussions.
- Speaking at this meeting, Prime Minister Modi expressed his desire for both nations to work together to elevate cooperation in areas such as investment and defense to new dimensions.
- During this occasion, an agreement was signed between the Netherlands-based ASML and Tata Electronics for the establishment of a semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dholera, Gujarat.
