• 2025ம் ஆண்டு மத்திய வர்த்தகத் துறையின் செயல்பாடுகள் மற்றும் சாதனைகள் / KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF COMMERCE IN 2025: வெளிநாட்டு வர்த்தகத்தில் 2025-ம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியா ஒரு முக்கிய சாதனையைப் பதிவு செய்துள்ளது. 2024-25-ம் நிதியாண்டில் மொத்த ஏற்றுமதி 825.25 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலரை எட்டியது. இது 6.05 சதவீத ஆண்டு வளர்ச்சியாகும். 
• இந்த வலுவான வேகம் புதிய நிதியாண்டிலும் தொடர்கிறது. 2025-ம் ஆண்டின் ஏப்ரல்-செப்டம்பர் காலகட்டத்தில் ஏற்றுமதி 418.91 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்களாக உயர்ந்தது. இது கடந்த ஆண்டின் இதே காலகட்டத்தை விட 5.86% அதிகரிப்பாகும். 
• இது இந்தியாவின் நிலையான மேல்நோக்கிய ஏற்றுமதிப் பாதையை வலுப்படுத்தியது. 2025-26-ம் நிதியாண்டின் முதல் பாதியில் இந்தியாவின் வர்த்தக செயல்திறன் சாதனை இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு அதிகரித்தது. 
• உலக அளவில் நிச்சயமற்ற தன்மைகள் நிலவியபோதிலும், முதல் காலாண்டிலும் (ஏப்ரல்-ஜூன் 2025) இரண்டாவது காலாண்டிலும் (ஜூலை-செப்டம்பர் 2025) இதுவரை இல்லாத அளவுக்கு அதிக செயல்திறன் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்தியாவின் சேவைகள் துறை இந்தியாவின் ஒட்டுமொத்த ஏற்றுமதி வேகத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து அதிகரித்தது.2024–25-ம் ஆண்டில் சாதனை அளவாக அது 387.54 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்களை எட்டியது. 
• இது 13.63% வலுவான வளர்ச்சியாகும். இந்த வளர்ச்சி நடப்பு நிதியாண்டிலும் உறுதியாக உள்ளது. 2025 ஏப்ரல்–செப்டம்பர் காலகட்டத்தில் சேவைகள் ஏற்றுமதி 199.03 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்களாக உயர்ந்தது. இது கடந்த ஆண்டு இதே காலகட்டத்தை விட 9.34% அதிகமாகும்.
• 2024–25 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இந்தியாவின் பொருட்கள் ஏற்றுமதி 437.70 பில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர்களாக இருந்தது.
• 2025 ஏப்ரல்-செப்டம்பர் காலகட்டத்தில் மின்னணு பொருட்கள் (41.94%), பொறியியல் பொருட்கள் (5.35%), மருந்துகள் (6.46%), கடல்சார் பொருட்கள் (17.40%) அரிசி (10.02%) ஆகியவற்றின் ஏற்றுமதி அதிகரித்தது. இவை இந்தியாவின் ஏற்றுமதி வேகத்தை வலுவாக உயர்த்தியது.

முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்

• ஏற்றுமதி ஊக்குவிப்பு இயக்கம் நாட்டின் ஏற்றுமதி போட்டித்தன்மையை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான ஒரு மைல்கல் முயற்சியாக உள்ளது.
• வர்த்தகத் துறையை வலுப்படுத்த வணிகத் துறை அதன் டிஜிட்டல் செயல்திட்டத்தை மேம்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
• இந்தியா-இங்கிலாந்து விரிவான பொருளாதார -வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், ஐக்கிய அரபு எமிரேட்ஸ்-இந்தியா விரிவான பொருளாதார ஒத்துழைப்பு ஒப்பந்தம், ஆஸ்திரேலியா-இந்தியா பொருளாதார ஒத்துழைப்பு ஒப்பந்தம் ஆகிய ஒப்பந்தங்களுடன் இந்தியா தனது வர்த்தக செயல்திறனை விரிவுபடுத்தியுள்ளது.
• இந்தியா-ஐரோப்பிய யூனியன் தடையற்ற வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-அமெரிக்கா இருதரப்பு வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-நியூசிலாந்து தடையற்ற வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-சிலி தடையற்ற வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா - கொரியா விரிவான பொருளாதார ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-பெரு தடையற்ற வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-இலங்கை பொருளாதார, தொழில்நுட்ப ஒத்துழைப்பு ஒப்பந்தம், இந்தியா-மாலத்தீவுகள் தடையற்ற வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம், ஆசியான்-இந்தியா சரக்கு வர்த்தக ஒப்பந்தம் ஆகியவை தொடர்பான முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன.

கூட்டுக் கூட்டங்கள்

• இந்தியா-கத்தார் கூட்டு ஆணையக் கூட்டம்: 2025 அக்டோபர் 6-7 தேதிகளில் கத்தாரில் நடைபெற்றது.
• இந்தியா-ஓமன் கூட்டு ஆணையக் கூட்டம் ஓமனில் 2025 ஜனவரி 27-28, தேதிகளில் நடைபெற்றது.
• இந்தியா-உகாண்டா கூட்டு வர்த்தகக் குழுவின் மூன்றாவது அமர்வு 2025 மார்ச் 25 முதல் 26 வரை புதுதில்லியில் நடைபெற்றது.
• தென்னாப்பிரிக்காவுடனான வர்த்தகம், முதலீடு குறித்த கூட்டுப் பணிக்குழுவின் இரண்டாவது அமர்வு, தென்னாப்பிரிக்காவின் பிரிட்டோரியாவில் 2025 ஏப்ரல் 22, 23 தேதிகளில் நடைபெற்றது.

அரசு மின் சந்தை

• அரசு மின் சந்தை என்பது பல்வேறு மத்திய/மாநில அமைச்சகங்கள், துறைகள், அமைப்புகள், பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்கள், பஞ்சாயத்துகள், கூட்டுறவுகளால் பொருட்களையும் சேவைகளையும் முழுமையாக கொள்முதல் செய்ய உதவும் ஒரு தளமாகும்.
• இந்த தளம் 10,894-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தயாரிப்பு வகைகளையும் 348-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சேவை வகைகளையும் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• இது தவிர, 2025-ம் ஆண்டில் வர்த்தக அமைச்சகம் இந்தியாவிலும் பல்வேறு வெளிநாடுகளிலும் பல்வேறு பெரிய வர்த்தக கண்காட்சிகளையும் நடத்தியுள்ளது.

• KEY ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF COMMERCE IN 2025: India has achieved a significant milestone in foreign trade in 2025.  Total exports reached US$825.25 billion in the 2024-25 financial year, representing an annual growth of 6.05 percent. 
• This strong momentum continues into the new financial year. Exports rose to US$418.91 billion during the April-September period of 2025, a 5.86% increase compared to the same period last year. 
• This reinforced India's consistent upward export trajectory. India's trade performance in the first half of the 2025-26 financial year reached an all-time high. 
• Despite global uncertainties, record-high performance was recorded in both the first quarter (April-June 2025) and the second quarter (July-September 2025).
• India's services sector continued to boost India's overall export momentum, reaching a record US$387.54 billion in 2024-25, a robust growth of 13.63%. 
• This growth remains strong in the current financial year. Services exports rose to US$199.03 billion during the April-September period of 2025, a 9.34% increase compared to the same period last year.
• India's merchandise exports stood at US$437.70 billion in 2024-25.
• During the April-September 2025 period, exports of electronic goods (41.94%), engineering goods (5.35%), pharmaceuticals (6.46%), marine products (17.40%), and rice (10.02%) increased, significantly boosting India's export momentum. 

Key Highlights

• The Export Promotion Initiative is a landmark effort to increase the country's export competitiveness.
• The Department of Commerce has upgraded its digital action plan to strengthen the trade sector.
• India has expanded its trade performance with agreements such as the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, the UAE-India Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement, and the Australia-India Economic Cooperation Agreement.
• Efforts have been made regarding the India-European Union Free Trade Agreement, India-USA Bilateral Trade Agreement, India-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement, India-Chile Free Trade Agreement, India-Korea Comprehensive Economic Agreement, India-Peru Free Trade Agreement, India-Sri Lanka Economic and Technological Cooperation Agreement, India-Maldives Free Trade Agreement, and the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement.

Joint Meetings

• India-Qatar Joint Commission Meeting: Held in Qatar on October 6-7, 2025.
• India-Oman Joint Commission Meeting: Held in Oman on January 27-28, 2025.
• The third session of the India-Uganda Joint Trade Committee was held in New Delhi from March 25 to 26, 2025.
• The second session of the Joint Working Group on Trade and Investment with South Africa was held in Pretoria, South Africa on April 22-23, 2025.

Government e-Marketplace

• The Government e-Marketplace is a platform that facilitates the complete procurement of goods and services by various Central/State Ministries, Departments, Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, Panchayats, and Cooperatives. This platform features over 10,894 product categories and more than 348 service categories.
• In addition, the Ministry of Commerce has organized several major trade fairs in India and various foreign countries in 2025.
