Prime Minister Modi launched the country's first private rocket Vikram 1
- Skyroot Aerospace, a company formed by former ISRO scientists and IIT alumni, is the country's first private space company. The small rocket Vikram-S manufactured by this company was successfully launched in November 2022.
- The company is currently preparing to launch rockets that can put satellites into orbit on a commercial basis. The company has set up a huge complex of 2 lakh square feet in Hyderabad.
- Prime Minister Modi inaugurated this complex, which was launched under the name Infinity, through a video conference. Along with this, Prime Minister Modi also launched the rocket Vikram 1 manufactured by Skyroot Aerospace.
- The United Nations Human Rights Commission established an independent international inquiry commission in May 2021 to investigate alleged violations of international humanitarian law and human rights abuses in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories.
- The commission has been investigating the violence and violations taking place there since April 1, 2021. So far, the chairman of this important commission was South African expert Navi Pillay. He recently submitted his final report to the UN General Assembly and resigned.
