Chief Minister M.K. Stalin laid the foundation stone of a unit at Hosur Technology Park with an investment of Rs. 1100 crore
- Chief Minister M.K. Stalin today, at a function held on behalf of the Department of Industry, Investment Promotion and Commerce, laid the foundation stone of the Multilayer & HDI Printed Circuit Boards manufacturing project to be set up by Ascent Circuits Private Limited at Elcott Hosur Technology Park in Krishnagiri district with an investment of Rs. 1100 crore, which will provide employment to 1200 people.
- The Tamil Nadu government is taking various special initiatives to attract the necessary investments to create a large number of jobs for the youth in Tamil Nadu and to increase the economy of Tamil Nadu to 1 trillion US dollars.
- Moreover, industrial projects that are attracted in accordance with the policy of the Tamil Nadu government of inclusive growth have been set up widely across the state, creating lakhs of jobs.
- After being elected as the Vice President, C.P. Radhakrishnan has resigned from his post as the Governor of Maharashtra. Following this, the Gujarat Governor has been given the additional charge of Maharashtra Governor.
- The Rashtrapati Bhavan has issued a notification that Gujarat Governor Acharya Devavirat will also look after the additional charge of Maharashtra Governor. It is noteworthy that Acharya Devavirat was first the Governor of Gujarat and then the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
