அன்பு கரங்கள் திட்டம் / ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: சமூக பாதுகாப்பில் ஒரு புதிய மைல்கல்லாக, மிகவும் எளிய நிலையில் உள்ள மற்றும் பெற்றோரின் ஆதரவை இழந்த குழந்தைகளின் எதிர்காலத்தைப் பாதுகாக்க, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு "அன்பு கரங்கள்" என்ற புதிய திட்டத்தை அறிவித்துள்ளது.
இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், தகுதியுள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு 18 வயது நிறைவடையும் வரை மாதம் ரூ.2000 உதவித்தொகை வழங்கப்படும்.
திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம்
அன்பு கரங்கள் திட்டம் / ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: பெற்றோரை இழந்த குழந்தைகள் வறுமை காரணமாக பள்ளிப்படிப்பை பாதியில் நிறுத்திவிடக்கூடாது என்பதே இத்திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம்.
இந்த உதவித்தொகை, அவர்களின் கல்விச் செலவுகள் மற்றும் அடிப்படைத் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்ய உதவும். இத்திட்டம், ஆதரவற்ற குழந்தைகள் கண்ணியமான மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பான சூழலில் வளர்வதை உறுதிசெய்யும்.

பெற்றோரில் ஒருவர் இறந்து, மற்றொரு பெற்றோரால் கைவிடப்பட்ட குழந்தைகள்.
ஒரு பெற்றோர் இறந்து, உயிருடன் இருக்கும் மற்றொரு பெற்றோர் உடல் அல்லது மனநல பாதிப்பால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தால்.
ஒரு பெற்றோர் இறந்து, மற்றொரு பெற்றோர் சிறைத் தண்டனை அனுபவித்து வந்தால்.
விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறைகள்
அன்பு கரங்கள் திட்டம் / ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: 'உங்களுடன் ஸ்டாலின்' சிறப்பு முகாம்கள்: உங்கள் பகுதியில் நடைபெறும் 'உங்களுடன் ஸ்டாலின்' சிறப்பு முகாம்களில் நேரடியாகச் சென்று, விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களைப் பெற்று, தேவையான ஆவணங்களுடன் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகம்: மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள சமூக நலத்துறை பிரிவிலும் விண்ணப்பங்களைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
மாவட்ட குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு அலுவலர்: மாவட்ட குழந்தைகள் பாதுகாப்பு அலுவலரை நேரில் சந்தித்தும் விண்ணப்பங்களைப் பெற்று, பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுக்கலாம்.
தேவையான ஆவணங்கள்
குடும்ப அட்டையின் நகல்.
குழந்தையின் ஆதார் அட்டை நகல்.
குழந்தையின் வயதுச் சான்று (பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ் அல்லது பள்ளி மாற்றுச் சான்றிதழ்).
குழந்தையின் வங்கிக் கணக்கு புத்தகத்தின் முதல் பக்க நகல்.
தாய்/தந்தை இறந்திருப்பின், இறப்புச் சான்றிதழ்.
விண்ணப்பங்கள் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்ட பின்னர், தகுதியுள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு மாதந்தோறும் ரூ.2000 அவர்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் நேரடியாக வரவு வைக்கப்படும். இத்திட்டம், பெற்றோரின் ஆதரவை இழந்த குழந்தைகளின் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒரு பெரிய நம்பிக்கையை ஏற்படுத்தும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
இந்த திட்டத்தின்மூலம் குழந்தைகள் தங்கள் பள்ளிப் படிப்பை எந்தத் தடையுமின்றி தொடரலாம். இந்த நிதியுதவி, அவர்களின் கல்விச் செலவுகளுக்கும், அடிப்படைத் தேவைகளுக்கும் பெரிதும் உதவும்.

ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: In a new milestone in social security, the Tamil Nadu government has announced a new scheme called "Anbu Karangal" to secure the future of children who are in very poor conditions and have lost the support of their parents.
Under this scheme, eligible children will be provided with a monthly allowance of Rs. 2000 till the age of 18.
Objective of the scheme
ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: The main objective of the scheme is to ensure that children who have lost their parents do not have to stop their schooling due to poverty.
This allowance will help in meeting their educational expenses and basic needs. The scheme will ensure that destitute children grow up in a dignified and safe environment.
Who will get financial assistance?
Children who have lost both parents.
Children who have lost one of their parents and have been abandoned by the other parent.
If one parent has died and the other parent is suffering from physical or mental disability.
If one parent has died and the other parent is serving a prison sentence.
How to apply
ANBU KARANGAL THITTAM: 'Stalin with you' special camps: You can directly visit the 'Stalin with you' special camps in your area, get the application forms and submit them along with the required documents.
District Collector's Office: Applications can also be submitted at the Social Welfare Department in the District Collector's Office.
District Child Protection Officer: You can also meet the District Child Protection Officer in person to get the applications and fill them out.

Copy of family card.
Copy of child's Aadhar card.
Proof of age of the child (birth certificate or school transfer certificate).
Copy of the first page of the child's bank account book.
Death certificate if the mother/father is deceased.
After the applications are processed, Rs. 2000 will be directly credited to the eligible children's bank accounts every month. This scheme is expected to bring great hope in the lives of children who have lost the support of their parents.
