Chief Minister to build a robotic parts manufacturing plant at a cost of Rs. 300 crores MK Stalin inaugurated
  • Chief Minister MK Stalin inaugurated the artificial intelligence-driven robotic parts manufacturing plant set up by Agile Robots at the Irungattukottai SIPCOT Industrial Park in Kanchipuram district through video conferencing, with an investment of Rs. 300 crore.
  • Agile Robots SE, a German company, is a provider of next-generation automation solutions that combine artificial intelligence and robotics. The company has now set up an artificial intelligence-driven robotic parts manufacturing plant for all sectors at the Irungattukottai SIPCOT Industrial Park in Kanchipuram district. In this project, 300 local engineers and technicians have been provided employment with an investment of Rs. 300 crore.
  • SOL India Private Limited is a joint venture between SOL SpA of Italy and Sigilsol India Private Limited of India. Located in the Ranipet SIPCOT Industrial Park, the company is engaged in manufacturing of industrial and medical oxygen. 
  • During the 2019 Global Investors Summit, the company signed MoUs with the Government of Tamil Nadu for an air extraction project with an investment of Rs. 100 crore and during the 2024 Global Investors Summit, an investment of Rs. 200 crore.

  • Most Valuable Player - Suryakumar Yadav, who scored 717 runs in 16 matches played in the current series, was selected as the Most Valuable Player - Rs. 10 lakhs
