2000 crore agreement Between Tamil Nadu government & Trillion Company
- In the presence of Chief Minister Stalin in the US, an MoU was signed with Trillion for industrial investment of Rs 2000 crore.
- The third phase of excavation is underway at Vijayakarisalkulam near Vembakottai in Virudhunagar district. Ten pits have been excavated there so far and 1560 artifacts including ornaments, copper coins, flint earrings, and coral have been found.
- In this case, further digging of the ninth excavation pit has yielded two green stones. These stones can be used as ornaments worn by women and used as rings worn by men.
- The BJP's election manifesto said that the Thiruvalluvar Cultural Center would be established to promote and preserve the civilization and culture of the Tamil language throughout the world.
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the first international Thiruvalluvar Cultural Center will be established in Singapore. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman thanked Prime Minister Modi for this announcement.

- Indian player Dharambir won the gold in the F51 club throw event for India men on the 7th day. In the final, he threw the ball 34.92 meters to win the gold medal.
