Tamil Nadu achieved 2nd position in organ transplantation at the national level
- Tamil Nadu has made a record by taking the 2nd position in the national level in organ transplantation. Tamil Nadu has set a national record by performing 595 organ transplants.
- A record 178 organs were successfully transplanted to those waiting for organs. Tamil Nadu has topped the list of states in India for the highest number of heart transplants
- President Mohammad Sahabuddin approved the formation of an interim government in Bangladesh. Subsequently, a consultation meeting was held regarding the appointment of the head of the interim government.
- President Shahabuddin, three army commanders, student movement coordinators who were protesting against the Sheikh Hasina government participated in this. Mohammad Younis was appointed as the head of the interim government. This has been officially announced by President Mohammad Sahabuddin.
