• துருவ் - பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் / DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் - துருவ், இந்திய அரசின் மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்தால், திறமையான குழந்தைகளைக் கண்டறிந்து, அவர்களின் திறன் மற்றும் அறிவை மேம்படுத்த ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காக தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள சிறப்பு மையங்களில், திறமையான குழந்தைகள் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் உள்ள புகழ்பெற்ற நிபுணர்களால் வழிகாட்டப்பட்டு வளர்க்கப்படுவார்கள், இதனால் அவர்கள் தங்கள் முழு திறனை அடைய முடியும்.
• பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் - துருவ் 10 அக்டோபர் 2019 அன்று மத்திய மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சர் திரு ரமேஷ் பொக்ரியால் ‘நிஷாங்க்’ அவர்களால் கர்நாடகாவின் பெங்களூருவில் உள்ள இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி அமைப்பின் (ISRO) தலைமையகத்திலிருந்து தொடங்கப்பட்டது.

PM புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்கள்

• துருவ் - பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் / DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: துருவ் கற்றல் திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கங்களைப் பற்றி அறிந்து கொள்வோம்:
• திறமையான மற்றும் திறமையான பள்ளி மாணவர்களை அவர்களின் திறமை மற்றும் அறிவை மேம்படுத்த ஊக்குவிக்க.
• பல்வேறு துறைகளில் புகழ்பெற்ற நிபுணர்களால் சிறந்த மையங்களில் உள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு வழிகாட்டுதல்களை வழங்குதல் மற்றும் வளர்ப்பது.
• முக்கியமாக இரண்டு பகுதிகளில் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும் - அறிவியல் மற்றும் கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகள்.
• 9 முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை படிக்கும் 60 பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளை நாடு முழுவதிலும் இருந்து முதல் தொகுதிக்கு தேர்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

• துருவ் - பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் / DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: இது நம்பிக்கையை அதிகரிக்கும் மற்றும் உலகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள புதுமையான செயல்பாடுகள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வையும் புரிதலையும் அதிகரிக்கும்.
• இது பள்ளி மாணவர்களிடையே அறிவியல் ஆர்வத்தையும் ஆர்வத்தையும் வளர்க்க உதவும்.
• இது சிறு வயதிலேயே குழந்தைகளிடையே படைப்பு சிந்தனை மற்றும் கலை திறன்களை ஊக்குவிக்கும்.
• அறிவியல் மற்றும் கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் மேம்பட்ட புதுமையான திறன்களைக் கற்றுக்கொள்ள இது குழந்தைகளை ஊக்குவிக்கும்.
• இது புதிய முன்னேற்றங்கள் மற்றும் முன்னேற்றங்களை வெளிப்படுத்தும்.

• துருவ் - பிரதான் மந்திரி புதுமையான கற்றல் திட்டம் / DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: இந்த நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு துருவ நட்சத்திரம் என்று பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாணவர்கள் தங்களின் முழுமையான திறனை உணர்ந்து சமூகத்திற்கு பங்களிப்பை வழங்குவதே இத்திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும்.
• இந்த திட்டம் அறிவியல் மற்றும் கலை ஆகிய இரண்டு பகுதிகளை உள்ளடக்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
• இந்தத் திட்டம் இந்திய விண்வெளி ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தில் (இஸ்ரோ) தொடங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
• நாடு முழுவதும் 9 ஆம் வகுப்பு முதல் 12 ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை 60 மாணவர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

• DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: The Pradhan Mantri Innovative Learning Programme - DHRUV has been started by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to identify and encourage talented children to enrich their skills and knowledge. 
• In centres of excellence across the country, gifted children will be mentored and nurtured by renowned experts in different areas, so that they can reach their full potential.

Launch

• DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: The PM Innovative Learning Program-Dhruv was launched on 10th October 2019 by Union Human Resource Development Minister Mr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ from the Headquarters of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Objectives of PM Innovative Learning Programme

• DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: Let us learn about the key objectives of the Dhruv learning programme:
• To encourage talented and gifted school children to enrich their skills and knowledge.
• To provide mentorship and nurture the children in centers of excellence by renowned experts in different fields.
• To focus on mainly two areas – Science and Performing Arts.
• To select 60 school children of class 9th to 12th from the whole country for the first batch of the programme.

Benefits of the PM Innovative Learning Programme 

• DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: It will boost confidence and raise awareness and understanding about innovative activities all around the world.
• It will help in developing scientific temper and curiosity among the school students.
• It will promote creative thinking and artistic skills among children at a very early age.
• It will motivate children to learn advanced innovative skills in science and performing arts.
• It will provide exposure to new advancements and developments.

Features

• DHRUV - PM INNOVATIVE LEARNING PROGRAMME: The programme is named after a pole star called DHRUV TARA. The main objective of the program is to allow students to realize their complete potential and contribute to the society.
• The program aims to cover two areas namely Science and Arts.
• The program is to be launched from Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).
• Around 60 students are selected broadly from Class 9 to Class 12 all over the country.
