Hemant Soran sworn in as the new Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the 3rd time
- In the state of Jharkhand, JMM-Congress coalition government is taking place. Hemant Soran was the Chief Minister of Jharkhand. The enforcement department pursued cases against Hemant Soran, including land fraud and illegal money transfer.

- In this situation, the Jharkhand High Court heard the bail plea of Hemant Soran and released him on bail saying that there was no basis for the complaint against him. The enforcement department has also filed an appeal against this.
- In this background, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MLAs' consultative meeting was held in Ranchi, Jharkhand. In this meeting again Hemant Soran was discussed as Chief Minister. Hemant Soran was elected as the Assembly Committee President of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha.
- Following this, Sambhai Soran met Governor CP Radhakrishnan in person and resigned from his post. And Hemant Soran gave the letter of his support MLAs to Governor Radhakrishnan and claimed the right to form a new government.
- Based on this, Governor CP Radhakrishnan has invited Hemant Soran to take office as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand this evening. CP Radhakrishnan administered the oath of office to Hemant Soran as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand at the Governor's House. Hemant Soran was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Jharkhand for the 3rd time.

- The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs includes Prime Minister Modi, Defense Minister, Home Minister, Finance Minister, External Affairs Minister, Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Heavy Industries and Steel Minister HD Kumaraswamy, Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Panchayat Raj and Fisheries Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh.
