Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin launched the program 'Mannuir Kathu Mannuir Kappom'
- 'Tamil Chief Minister Stalin today on behalf of Agriculture - Farmers' Welfare Department, launched the Chief Minister's Mannui Kathu Mannuir Kaappom scheme, which distributes 4000 MT of Pasundal fertilizer seeds to the farmers with a fund allocation of 20 crore rupees to cultivate Pasundal manure in 2 lakh acres.
- He also flagged off tractors by providing tractors, cluster plows and rotavators for the use of farmers at low rent on behalf of the Department of Agricultural Engineering and imparting training to rural youth to drive tractors.
- Along with the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, assembly elections for 175 assembly constituencies were also held in Andhra Pradesh. In this, the YSR Congress party of Jaganmohan Reddy, who was the Chief Minister, found a unique field.
- Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu has contested the elections with BJP Pawan Kalyan Janasena parties. The Congress formed an alliance with the Communists and won the elections.
- Based on the results of the election, the Telugu Desam Alliance won 164 out of 175 assembly constituencies. Chandrababu Naidu has been elected as the Chief Minister with the support of the coalition parties.
