Silver medal for India's Deepika Kumari in archery
- The World Archery Championships are being held in Shanghai, China. India's Deepika Kumari, South Korea's Nam Suhyeon, Kim Sihyeon and China's Lee Jiaman Ao Koya have qualified for the World Archery Women's Individual Semi-Finals.
- In this situation, India's Deepika Kumari, who advanced to the final after defeating South Korea's Nam Suhyeon in the semi-finals, suffered a shocking loss to South Korea's Kim Sihyeon.
- Subsequently, Deepika Kumari, the former World No. 1 player who finished second, got a silver medal. Deepika Kumari (29) gave birth to a child last December, and after maternity leave, she started participating in archery competitions again.
- A 4-member committee of the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Secretary of the Department Mr. V. Bangladesh go ahead led by Sinivas. The trip is being conducted at the invitation of the country's Ministry of Public Administration.
- The delegation will also discuss India's continued support for capacity building programs in field management for Bangladesh civil servants.
- India's National Center for Good Governance (NCGG) and Bangladesh's Ministry of Public Administration have been collaborating since 2014 to conduct capacity building programs for civil servants in the country.
- Under the bilateral cooperation, 71 capacity building programs have been conducted and from 2014 till now, 2600 Bangladeshi civil service administration officers and employees have come and received training at the National Center for Good Governance.
