• தமிழ்ப் புதல்வன் திட்டம் / TAMIL PUTHALVAN THITTAM: 2023-24ஆம் நிதியாண்டுக்கான தமிழக நிதிநிலை அறிக்கை இன்று தமிழக பேரவையில் தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்த பட்ஜெட்டில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும் பல முக்கிய திட்டங்களில், தமிழ்ப் புதல்வன் திட்டம் முக்கியமானதாகும்.
• அதாவது, உயர்கல்வியில் பெண்களின் சேர்க்கையை அதிகரிக்கும் வகையில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்ட புதுமைப்பெண் திட்டத்தைப் போல, அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பயின்ற மாணவர்களை சாதனையாளர்களாக உருவாக்க தமிழ்ப் புதல்வன் என்ற திட்டம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும்.
• இதன் கீழ் 6 முதல் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு வரை அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பயின்று உயிர்கல்வி சேரும் மாணவர்கள் பாடப் புத்தகங்கள், பொது அறிவு நூல்கள் மற்றும் இதழ்களை வாங்கி கல்வியை மேருகேற்றிட உதவும் வகையில் மாதந்தோறும் ரூ.1000 அவர்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் நேரடியாகச் செலுத்தப்படும்.
• இந்த திட்டத்தின் மூலம் சுமார் மூன்று லட்சம் கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள் பயனடைவர். இதற்கு ரூ.360 கோடி நிதி ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று அறிவித்துள்ளார்.

• TAMIL PUTHALVAN THITTAM: The Tamil Nadu financial report for the financial year 2023-24 was tabled in the Tamil Nadu Assembly today. Among the many important schemes announced in this budget, the Tamil Puthalvan scheme is an important one.
• In other words, Tamil Puthalvan will be introduced to make the students who studied in government schools into achievers, like the Innovation Girl Scheme which was introduced to increase the enrollment of women in higher education.
• Under this, Rs.1000 per month will be directly paid into the bank account of students studying in government schools from class 6 to 12 to help them improve their education by purchasing textbooks, general knowledge books and magazines.
• About three lakh college students will benefit from this scheme. He has announced that a fund of Rs.360 crore has been allocated for this.
