The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of Sri Kalki Temple in Sambal, Uttar Pradesh
- Prime Minister Shri Kalki Temple in Sambal District of Uttar Pradesh. Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone today. The Prime Minister also inaugurated a model of Sri Kalki Temple.
- Sri Kalki Temple is being built by Sri Kalki Temple Foundation Trust. A large number of dignitaries including Acharya Pramod Krishnam, Trustee Chairman, monks, religious leaders and other dignitaries attend the event.
- Fisheries Department signed MoU with Transparent Framework for Digital Trade (ONTC) in presence of Union Minister Mr. Parshotham Rupala. Union Minister of State Dr. L Murugan, Fisheries Secretary Dr. Abhilaksh Likki, Inland Fisheries Joint Secretary Mr. Sagar Mehra, ONTC Mr. Koshy and dignitaries were present.
- Union Minister Mr. Parshottam Rupala also released a handbook titled “From Fishing to Trading, Increasing Market Access through Digital Transformation”. The objective of integrating the fisheries sector with ONTC is to provide a digital platform for all stakeholders including traditional fishermen, fish farm producer organizations, entrepreneurs in the fisheries sector to buy and sell their products through electronic market.
- ONTC will carry out unique e-marketing by integrating fishermen, fish farmers, farmers' organizations, self-help groups and other fishermen's co-operatives and play a vital role in e-marketing.
