'A Grade' for Tamil Nadu Electricity Board
- The consumer service rating list for the year 2022-23 of electricity distribution companies across the country has been published.
- Union Power Minister RK Singh has released this in Delhi. In that list, a total of 62 e-commerce companies, 52 government and 10 private, from all states and union territories have been included.
- Under four headings namely power distribution operational reliability, provision of electricity connection, electricity bill collection and resolution of the problem, a separate score is given for each. Overall 'grade' is given. In the last 2021-22 ranking list, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board got 'B plus grade'.
- Union Minister for AYUSH and Ports, Shipping and Waterways Mr. Sarbananda Sonowal today laid the foundation stone for 'Ayush Deeksha', the first ever Center for Human Resource Development of AYUSH Professionals in New Delhi. The state-of-the-art center will be built within the research campus of the Central Institute of Ayurveda in Bhubaneswar.
