Chief Minister Stalin inaugurated Klambakkam Bus Stand
- In order to reduce the traffic congestion on the GST road in Koyambedu area of Chennai and to facilitate the easy travel of the people going to the southern districts, a cost of 393 crore 74 lakh rupees has been constructed with modern technical facilities.
- In this case, Chief Minister Stalin inaugurated this bus stand at 11 am today. The Chief Minister visited this bus stand with various highlights in a battery car.
- Project 1 of Chennai Metro Rail Corporation has been awarded 'ISO 9001' quality management and 'ISO 14001' environmental management certification for international environmental, operational and maintenance work.
- This certificate was presented by Winston Isaac, manager of ISO certification body 'Bureau Veritas', to M.A. Siddique, Managing Director of Metro Rail Administration, at the head office of Chennai Metro Rail Company.
- This includes projects worth about Rs 11,100 crore for the development of Ayodhya and its surrounding areas and about Rs 4,600 crore for other projects across Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the redesigned Ayodhya railway station today. He then flagged off two Amrita Bharat and six Vande Bharat trains.
- Accordingly, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express; Amritsar-Delhi Vande Bharat Express; Coimbatore-Bangalore Kant Vande Bharat Express; Mangalore-Madgaon Vande Bharat Express; Vande Bharat trains will operate on Jalna-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express and Ayodhya Cantt-Anand Vihar Terminus Vande Bharat Express routes. Out of these 6 Vande Bharat trains, 2 trains are connected to Southern Railway.
- It is worth noting that Vande Bharat trains are running in Chennai-Coimbatore, Chennai-Bangalore, Chennai-Nellai routes also in Tamil Nadu.
- The Kumbabhishekam of the Ram temple under construction in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh is scheduled to take place on January 22. Detailed arrangements are being made for this. It is also reported that Ayodhya Ram Temple will become the biggest cultural center of the country.
- Following this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the newly constructed Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya today. The initial phase of this airport is Rs. 1,450 crore have been undertaken. Built on an area of 6,500 square meters, the airport is said to handle 10 lakh passengers a year.
- The facade of the airport terminal building is designed to depict the Ayodhya Ram temple building. The interior wall paintings of the building depict the life of Lord Rama. Rainwater harvesting, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, solar power plant etc. have been established at this airport.
