• சர்வதேச மலை தினம் 2023 / INTERNATIONAL MOUNTAIN DAY 2023: சர்வதேச மலைகள் தினம் 2023 டிசம்பர் 11, 2023 அன்று அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. இது உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள மலைகளின் நிலையான வளர்ச்சியை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும் மனிதகுலத்திற்கு மலைகளின் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கும் ஒரு நாள்.
• "2030 ஆம் ஆண்டளவில் மலைப் பிரதேசங்களில் வறுமையில் வாடும் மக்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை பாதியாகக் குறைத்தல்" என்ற நிலையான அபிவிருத்தி இலக்கை நோக்கிய முன்னேற்றத்தை மதிப்பிடுவதற்கான வாய்ப்பையும் இந்த நாள் வழங்குகிறது.
