Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated Makkalutan Muthalvar Scheme (People with the Chief Minister' program)
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K Stalin inaugurate the Makkalutan Muthalvar Scheme ('People with the Chief Minister') program in the Coimbatore S.N.R. college theatre. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K Stalin received petitions from the people of the 27th and 28th wards under the Coimbatore Corporation, who started this project, and issued the acknowledgment slips. At the same time, Tamil Nadu Ministers in their districts and Ministers-in-Charge in their assigned districts launched the 'People with Chief Minister' scheme.
- Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for various development projects worth Rs 19,150 crore in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh today and dedicated the completed projects to the country.
- These projects include the new Pandit Deenadayal Upadhyay Nagar-New Bawpur dedicated freight corridor, built at a cost of around Rs 10,900 crore. Prime Minister Modi flagged off the 2nd Vande Bharat Express between Varanasi and Delhi today.
- Except Tuesday, this train departs Varanasi at 6 AM and reaches New Delhi at 2:05 PM on all days of the week. It then departs Delhi at 3 PM and reaches Varanasi at 11:05 PM in the reverse direction.
- Swarved Mahamandir at Umaraha in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh State Narendra Modi inaugurated today. The Prime Minister paid respects to the statue of Maharishi Satafal Dev Ji Maharaj and toured the temple premises.
