ஷ்ரேயாஸ் திட்டம் / SHREYAS SCHEME: SC மற்றும் OBC களுக்கு இலவச பயிற்சி திட்டம் பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய பட்டியல் சாதியினர் (SCs) மற்றும் இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர் (OBCs) விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு நல்ல தரமான பயிற்சியை வழங்குவதே இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.
தனியார் துறை மற்றும் புகழ்பெற்ற தொழில்நுட்ப மற்றும் தொழில்முறை உயர் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களில் சேர்க்கை பெறுவதற்கு.
இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் மொத்த குடும்ப வருமானத்தின் உச்சவரம்பு ஆண்டுக்கு 8 லட்சம். ஆண்டுக்கு 3500 இடங்கள் ஒதுக்கப்படுகின்றன.
SC: OBC மாணவர்களின் விகிதம் 70:30 மற்றும் ஒவ்வொரு பிரிவிலும் பெண்களுக்கு 30% இடங்கள் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. SC பிரிவில் போதுமான எண்ணிக்கையிலான விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இல்லாத பட்சத்தில் அமைச்சகம் இந்த விகிதத்தை தளர்த்தலாம். இருப்பினும், எந்தவொரு சந்தர்ப்பத்திலும், 50% க்கும் குறைவான SC மாணவர்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட மாட்டார்கள்.
SC பிரிவினருக்கான உயர்தரக் கல்வி திட்டம்
ஷ்ரேயாஸ் திட்டம் / SHREYAS SCHEME: முழு நிதியுதவியை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் SC மாணவர்களிடையே தரமான கல்வியை அங்கீகரித்து மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
12 ஆம் வகுப்பிற்கு மேல் படிக்கும் எஸ்சி மாணவர்களை இந்தத் திட்டம் உள்ளடக்கும்.
ஒருமுறை வழங்கப்படும் உதவித்தொகை, மாணவர்களின் திருப்திகரமான செயல்திறனுக்கு உட்பட்டு, படிப்பு முடியும் வரை தொடரும்.
இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் மொத்த குடும்ப வருமானத்தின் உச்சவரம்பு ஆண்டுக்கு 8 லட்சம்.

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், முழு கல்விக் கட்டணம் மற்றும் திரும்பப் பெற முடியாத கட்டணங்கள் (தனியார் துறை நிறுவனங்களுக்கு ஒரு மாணவருக்கு ஆண்டுக்கு ரூ. 2.00 லட்சம் உச்சவரம்பு இருக்கும்.
கல்வி உதவித்தொகை ரூ. 86,000 முதல் ஆண்டு படிப்பில் ரூ. ஒவ்வொரு அடுத்த ஆண்டும் 41,000, வாழ்க்கை மற்றும் இதர செலவுகளை கவனித்துக் கொள்ள வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

ஷ்ரேயாஸ் திட்டம் / SHREYAS SCHEME: இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் எஸ்சிக்களில் இருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட மாணவர்களுக்கு நிதி உதவி வழங்கப்படுகிறது (115 இடங்கள்); அறிவிக்கப்படாத, நாடோடி மற்றும் அரை நாடோடி பழங்குடியினர் (6 இடங்கள்); நிலமற்ற விவசாயத் தொழிலாளர்கள் மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய கைவினைஞர் பிரிவுகள் (4 இடங்கள்), முதுநிலை மற்றும் Ph.D. வெளிநாட்டில் நிலை படிப்புகள்.
தற்போது, இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 125 இடங்கள் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ், மொத்தக் கல்விக் கட்டணம், பராமரிப்பு மற்றும் தற்செயல் கொடுப்பனவு, விசா கட்டணம், விமானப் பயணத்திற்குச் செல்லுதல் போன்றவை விருது பெற்றவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

SC மாணவர்களுக்கான தேசிய பெல்லோஷிப் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இந்திய பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள்/நிறுவனங்கள்/கல்லூரிகளில் பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழுவால் (UGC) அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட இந்தியப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள்/நிறுவனங்கள்/கல்லூரிகளில் அறிவியல், மனிதநேயம் மற்றும் சமூக அறிவியல் ஆகியவற்றில் M.Phil/Ph.D பட்டப்படிப்புகளை மேற்கொள்வதற்காக உயர்கல்வியைத் தொடரும் பட்டியல் சாதி மாணவர்களுக்கு பெல்லோஷிப் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
தேசிய தகுதித் தேர்வில் தகுதி பெற்ற ஜூனியர் ரிசர்ச் பெல்லோஷிப் (NET-JRF) யுஜிசி மற்றும் ஜூனியர் ரிசர்ச் ஃபெல்லோஸ் யுஜிசி-க்கு தகுதி பெற்றவர்கள் ஆண்டுக்கு 2000 புதிய இடங்களை (அறிவியல் பாடத்திற்கு 500 மற்றும் மனிதநேயம் மற்றும் சமூக அறிவியலுக்கு 1500) இத்திட்டம் வழங்குகிறது. அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்துறை ஆராய்ச்சி கவுன்சில் (UGC-CSIR) கூட்டு சோதனை.

SHREYAS SCHEME: The objective of the Scheme is to provide coaching of good quality for economically disadvantaged Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Other Backward Classes (OBCs) candidates to enable them appear in competitive and entrance examinations for obtaining appropriate jobs in Public/Private Sector as well as for securing admission in reputed technical and professional higher education institutions.
The ceiling of the total family income under the scheme is 8 lakhs per annum. 3500 slots are allotted per annum.
The ratio of SC: OBC students is 70:30 and 30% slots are reserved for females in each category. In case of non-availability of the adequate number of candidates in SC category the Ministry can relax this ratio. However, in no case, a less than 50% SC students shall be permitted.
Top Class Education for SCs
SHREYAS SCHEME: The Scheme aims at recognizing and promoting quality education amongst students belonging to SCs, by providing full financial support.
The Scheme will cover SC students for pursuing studies beyond 12th class.
The scholarship, once awarded, will continue till the completion of the course, subject to satisfactory performance of the student.
The ceiling of the total family income under the scheme is 8 lakhs per annum.
Presently, 266 higher education institutes which includes Government institutes and private institutes such as all the IIMs, IITs, NITs, IIITs, AIIMS, NIFTs, NIDs, NLUs, IHMs, CUs and institutes of national importance, NAAC A++ accredited institutes and top 100 National Institutional ranking Framework (NIRF) ranking institutes.
The overall number of scholarship would be capped at. 21,500 for the period of 2021-22 to 2025-26 (4100 for 2021-22, 4200 for 2022-23, 4300 for 2023-24, 4400 for 2024-25 and 4500 for 2025-26).
Under the scheme,full tuition fee and non-refundable charges (there will be a ceiling of Rs. 2.00 lakh per annum per student for private sector institutions
Academic allowance of Rs. 86,000 in the first year of study and Rs. 41,000 in every subsequent year, to take care of living and other expenses is provided.
National Overseas Scheme for SCs
SHREYAS SCHEME: Under this scheme financial assistance is provided to the selected students from SCs (115 slots); De-notified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes (6 slots); landless agricultural labourers and traditional artisan categories (4 slots), for pursuing masters and Ph.D. level courses abroad.
Presently, 125 slots are allotted under the scheme.

Secured admission in top 500 QS ranking foreign Institutes/ Universities.
Under the scheme, total tuition fee, maintenance and contingency allowance, visa fee, to and fro air passage etc. are provided to the awardees.
National Fellowship for SC Students
SHREYAS SCHEME: Under the scheme fellowship is provided to Scheduled Castes students for pursuing higher education leading to M.Phil/ Ph.D degrees in Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences in Indian Universities/Institutions/ Colleges recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).
The scheme provides for 2000 new slots per year (500 for science stream and 1500 for Humanities and Social Sciences) who have qualified the National Eligibility Test- Junior Research Fellowship (NET-JRF) of UGC and Junior Research Fellows for Science stream qualifying UGC-Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (UGC-CSIR) Joint Test.
