• நம்ம சாலை மொபைல் போன் செயலி / NAMMA SALAI MOBILE APP: மாநில நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறை வாயிலாக, 63,956 கி.மீ., சாலைகள் பராமரிக்கப்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இவை மாநில நெடுஞ்சாலை, மாவட்ட முக்கிய சாலை, மாவட்ட இதர சாலை என வகைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு உள்ளன.
• இச்சாலைகளில் பள்ளம் மற்றும் மோசமான நிலையில் பராமரிப்பு இருந்தால், பொதுமக்கள் புகார் அளிப்பதற்கு வசதியாக நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறை வாயிலாக, 'நம்ம சாலை' என்ற பெயரில் மொபைல் போன் செயலி உருவாக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளது. 
• இதை மொபைல் போனில் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து, அதில் சாலையின் நிலை குறித்த புகைப்படம், அந்த இடத்தின் அருகில் இருக்கும் கட்டடங்கள், சாலை சந்திப்பு உள்ளிட்ட அடையாளங்களை பதிவேற்றம் செய்ய வேண்டும். 
• மொபைல் போன் எண்ணையும் குறிப்பிட வேண்டும்.பதிவேற்றம் செய்த 24 மணிநேரத்தில், மாநில நெடுஞ்சாலையிலும், 72 மணி நேரத்தில் மாவட்ட முக்கிய சாலை மற்றும் மாவட்ட இதர சாலையிலும், சீரமைப்பு பணி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். இந்த மொபைல் போன் செயலியை அறிமுகம் செய்யும் நிகழ்ச்சி சென்னையில் நடந்தது.
• மாநில விளையாட்டு மேம்பாட்டு துறை அமைச்சர் உதயநிதி செயலியை துவக்கி வைத்தார். இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் நெடுஞ்சாலைத்துறை அமைச்சர் வேலு, செயலர் பிரதீப் யாதவ், கட்டுமானம் மற்றும் பராமரிப்பு பிரிவு தலைமை பொறியாளர் சந்திரசேகர் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்றனர்.

• NAMMA SALAI MOBILE APP: 63,956 km of roads are being maintained by the State Highways Department. These are categorized as State Highway, District Main Road, District Other Road.
• If there are potholes and poor maintenance on these roads, a mobile phone app called 'Namma Salai' has been developed by the Highways Department to facilitate the public to file complaints.
• It should be downloaded on the mobile phone and upload a photo of the road condition, buildings near the place, road junctions etc.
• Mobile phone number should also be mentioned. Within 24 hours of registration, the repair work will be carried out on state highways and within 72 hours on district main roads and other district roads. The launch event of this mobile phone app was held in Chennai.
• The State Sports Development Minister launched the Udayanidhi app. Highways Minister Velu, Secretary Pradeep Yadav, Construction and Maintenance Division Chief Engineer Chandrasekhar and others participated in the event.
