• தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூகம் (DiTN) 2023 / DIGITAL TAMILNADU STRATEGY 2023: 2021-22ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பவியல் துறை மானியக் கோரிக்கையில், விரைவான, கண்காணிக்கக்கூடிய, அணுகக்கூடிய மற்றும் பதிலளிக்கும் வகையிலமைந்த, வெளிப்படையான நிருவாகத்தைக் குடிமக்களுக்கு வழங்குவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு, மின்னாளுகையைப் படிப்படியாக அரசின் அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் புகுத்தி, அதன்மூலம் முழுமையானதொரு அரசாங்கத்தை எய்திடும் வகையில் "டிஜிட்டல் தமிழ்நாடு திட்டம்" செயல்படுத்தப்படும். 
• மக்களுடன் நேரடித் தொடர்பு கொண்ட மற்றும் அவர்களிடம் தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் அரசுத் துறைகளின் செயல்பாடுகள் படிப்படியாக மின்மயமாக்கப்படும் என்று அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.
• அந்த அறிவிப்பிற்கிணங்க, தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் ஆளுமை மற்றும் நிர்வாகத்தின் செயல்திறனை மேம்படுத்திடவும், டிஜிட்டல் ஆளுமை மற்றும் அரசின் சேவை வழங்கலை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காகவும், தற்போதுள்ள மற்றும் எதிர்கால கொள்கைகள், நடைமுறைகள் மற்றும் அமைப்புகளைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டும் தமிழ்நாட்டில் முதல்முறையாக தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூகம் (DiTN) வகுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• அரசின் துறைகள் தங்களுக்கான டிஜிட்டல் உருமாற்ற வியூகம் உருவாக்குவதற்கும், அதனை செயல்படுத்துவதற்கும் ஒரு வழிகாட்டியாக தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூக ஆவணம் பயன்படும்.
• அனைத்துத் துறைகளும் தங்களது முக்கிய செயல்திறன் குறிகாட்டிகள் (Key Performance Indicators) மற்றும் பயன்களை (Outcomes) எய்துவதற்கு தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூகம் உதவும். மேலும், தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு விரைவான, கண்காணிக்கக்கூடிய, அணுகக்கூடிய, பதிலளிக்கக்கூடிய மற்றும் வெளிப்படையான (SMART Swift Monitorable, Accessible, Responsive and Transparent) நிர்வாகத்தை வழங்கும். 
• தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூகம், டிஜிட்டல் முதிர்ச்சியை மதிப்பிடுவது முதல் தகவல்தொழில்நுட்ப வியூகத்தைச் செயல்படுத்துவது வரையிலான அனைத்து வழிகாட்டுதல்களையும் வழங்கும்.
• தமிழ்நாட்டில் டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கும் செயல்முறையை மேலும் வலுப்படுத்துதல், தொலைதூர இடங்கள் உட்பட மாநிலம் முழுவதும் தேவையான டிஜிட்டல் உள்கட்டமைப்பை பொதுமக்களுக்கு குறிப்பாக கிராமப்புற மக்களுக்கு வழங்குதல், மாநிலத்தை புத்தாக்கம் மற்றும் தொழில் முனைவுக்கான மையமாக மாற்றுதல், செயலிகள், வலைத்தளங்கள், கியோஸ்க்குகள் (KIOSK) போன்றவற்றின் மூலம் பொதுமக்களுக்கு அரசு சேவைகள் வசதியாக கிடைப்பதை உறுதி செய்வதன் மூலம் முதல் மற்றும் இரண்டாம் நிலை நகரங்களுடன் டிஜிட்டல் இணைப்புகளை மேம்படுத்துதல் போன்றவை தமிழ்நாடு டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்கல் வியூகத்தின் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள் ஆகும்.

• DIGITAL TAMILNADU STRATEGY 2023: In the IT Department grant request for the year 2021-22, the "Digital Tamil Nadu Project" will be implemented with the objective of providing a fast, trackable, accessible and responsive, transparent administration to the citizens, gradually introducing e-governance at all levels of government, thereby leading to a holistic government. 
• It was announced that the functions of the government departments which have direct contact with and impact on the people will gradually be electrified.
• According to the announcement, the first ever Digitization of Tamil Nadu (DiTN) has been formulated in Tamil Nadu to improve the efficiency of governance and administration of the Government of Tamil Nadu, to improve digital governance and service delivery of the Government and to consider existing and future policies, procedures and systems. 
• The Tamil Nadu Digitization Strategy Paper will serve as a guide for government departments to develop and implement their digital transformation strategy.
• The Tamil Nadu Digitization Strategy will help all sectors achieve their Key Performance Indicators and Outcomes. Also, it will provide SMART Swift Monitorable, Accessible, Responsive and Transparent (SMART) governance to the people of Tamil Nadu. 
• The Tamil Nadu Digitization Strategy will provide guidance on everything from assessing digital maturity to implementing an IT strategy.
• Further strengthening the digitization process in Tamil Nadu, providing necessary digital infrastructure across the state including remote areas to the public especially the rural population, making the state a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, ensuring convenient access to government services to the public through apps, websites, kiosks (KIOSK) etc. 
• Improving digital connectivity with stage cities etc. are key aspects of the Tamil Nadu Digitization Strategy.
