Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Stalin launched the new facility of applying for land measurement (F-Line measurement) through internet
- The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu today started a new facility to apply online https://tamilnilam.tn.gov.in/citizen for the convenience of the public to apply for land measurement 'anytime and from anywhere', changing the situation where land owners have to apply in person at the concerned circle offices to get their land measured.
- With this new service, citizens do not need to visit district offices in person to apply for land survey. There is a way for the public to pay the fees including the land survey fee and apply online instead of going to the banks in person.
- The date of land survey will be communicated to the petitioner through text message or phone. Further, the petitioner can download the 'report/map' signed by the petitioner and the surveyor after the land survey is done through the online service https://eservices.tn.gov.in/.
- CBI seeks permission to file charge sheet against Vijayabaskar, Ramana in Gutka scam case. After 14 months after seeking permission on September 12, 2022, Governor Ravi gave the approval on November 13.
