ஊழியர்களின் நலன் குறித்த உலகளாவிய ஆய்வு 2023 / GLOBAL SURVEY ON EMPLOYEE WELFARE 2023: ஆய்வின்படி, உலக அளவில் 30 நாடுகளில் 30,000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தொழிலாளர்களிடம் எடுக்கப்பட்ட வாக்கெடுப்பில் தீவு நாடான ஜப்பான் 25% மதிப்பெண்களைப் பெற்று கடைசி இடத்தில் உள்ளது.
மேலும் இந்த பட்டியலில் துருக்கியில் அதிகபட்சமாக 78% பெற்று முதலிடத்திலும், அதைத் தொடர்ந்து இந்தியா 76% பெற்று இரண்டாம் இடத்திலும், சீனாவுக்கு 75% பெற்று மூன்றாம் இடத்திலும் உள்ளது.
மேலும் உலக அளவில் இந்த மதிப்பீட்டின் சராசரி சுமார் 57% ஆக இருக்கின்றது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. ஜப்பானிய வணிகங்கள் நிரந்தர வேலை மற்றும் வேலை பாதுகாப்பை வழங்குவதில் நற்பெயரைக் கொண்டிருந்தாலும், ஊழியர்கள் தங்களுக்கு அந்த வேலை பிடிக்காவிட்டால், அதில் இருந்து மாறுவதில் சிரமம் இருப்பதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.

GLOBAL SURVEY ON EMPLOYEE WELFARE 2023: According to the study, which polled more than 30,000 workers in 30 countries around the world, the island nation of Japan ranked last with a score of 25%.
And in this list, Turkey tops the list with the highest score of 78%, followed by India with 76% and China with 75%.
And it is noteworthy that the average of this estimate is around 57% at the global level. Although Japanese businesses have a reputation for providing permanent employment and job security, employees have reported difficulty moving on if they do not like the job.
