பெண்களே, மதிப்பிற்குரிய கல்வியாளர்கள் மற்றும் அன்பான சக மாணவர்களே,

இன்று, நாம் ஒரு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க நிகழ்வைக் கொண்டாட இங்கு கூடியுள்ளோம் - ஆசிரியர் தினம். நமது மனதை வடிவமைக்கவும், நமது திறமைகளை வளர்த்து, அறிவின் பாதையில் நம்மை வழிநடத்தவும் தங்கள் வாழ்க்கையை அர்ப்பணித்த நபர்களுக்கு நமது ஆழ்ந்த நன்றியையும் பாராட்டுதலையும் வெளிப்படுத்தும் வகையில் இந்த நாள் நம் இதயங்களில் ஒரு சிறப்பு இடத்தைப் பிடித்துள்ளது.

இந்தியாவில், ஆசிரியர் தினம் என்பது நாட்காட்டியில் ஒரு தேதி மட்டுமல்ல; இது நம் வாழ்வில் ஆசிரியர்கள் வகிக்கும் விலைமதிப்பற்ற பங்கின் கொண்டாட்டமாகும். 

நமக்குள் ஆர்வத்தின் தீப்பொறியைப் பற்றவைக்கும், நமது பாதைகளை ஞானத்தால் ஒளிரச் செய்யும், கல்வியின் உன்னத நோக்கத்திற்காக தன்னலமின்றி தங்களை அர்ப்பணித்த தொலைநோக்கு பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு நாங்கள் அஞ்சலி செலுத்துகிறோம்.

ஆசிரியர் தினத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை மேலும் அதிகரிக்கச் செய்வதால், ஆசிரியர்களின் பண்புகளுக்கு உண்மையான எடுத்துக்காட்டாக விளங்கும் டாக்டர் சர்வபள்ளி ராதாகிருஷ்ணனின் பிறந்தநாளுடன் இது ஒத்துப்போகிறது. 

அவர் ஒரு தத்துவஞானி, அரசியல்வாதி மற்றும் இந்தியாவின் இரண்டாவது ஜனாதிபதியாக தன்னை வேறுபடுத்திக் கொண்டார், ஆனால் அவரது வாழ்நாள் முழுவதும் கல்விக்கான காரணத்திற்காக போராடினார்.

பாடப்புத்தகங்களிலிருந்து அறிவை மட்டும் வழங்குவதில்லை; அவை நம் குணாதிசயங்களை வடிவமைக்கும் வாழ்க்கைப் பாடங்கள், மதிப்புகள் மற்றும் கொள்கைகளையும் வழங்குகின்றன. 

இந்த கற்றல் மற்றும் சுய கண்டுபிடிப்பு பயணத்தில் அவர்கள் எங்கள் வழிகாட்டிகள், எங்கள் முன்மாதிரிகள் மற்றும் எங்கள் வழிகாட்டிகள்.

இந்த நாளை நாம் கொண்டாடும் போது, நமது ஆசிரியர்கள் செய்யும் எண்ணற்ற தியாகங்களைப் பற்றி சிந்திப்போம். அவர்கள் தங்கள் நேரத்தையும் நிபுணத்துவத்தையும் மட்டுமல்ல, அவர்களின் அன்பையும் கவனிப்பையும் முதலீடு செய்கிறார்கள். 

ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரின் திறனும் வளர்க்கப்படுவதையும், ஒவ்வொரு கேள்விக்கும் பதிலளிக்கப்படுவதையும், ஒவ்வொரு சவாலையும் ஊக்கத்துடன் எதிர்கொள்வதையும் உறுதிசெய்து, அதற்கு அப்பால் செல்கிறார்கள். அவர்களின் அர்ப்பணிப்பு எல்லையற்றது, அவர்களின் பொறுமை எல்லையற்றது, அவற்றின் தாக்கம் அளவிட முடியாதது.

விரைவான தொழில்நுட்ப முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் கல்வியின் முன்னுதாரணங்கள் மாறிவரும் இந்த சகாப்தத்தில், எங்கள் ஆசிரியர்கள் திறந்த கரங்களுடன் புதுமைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டனர். 

அவை மெய்நிகர் வகுப்பறைகள், ஆன்லைன் ஆதாரங்கள் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் கருவிகளுக்குத் தழுவி, மனித இணைப்பு மற்றும் வழிகாட்டுதலின் சாரத்தைப் பாதுகாக்கின்றன. முன்னோடியில்லாத சவால்களை எதிர்கொண்டாலும், அவை தொடர்ந்து நம்மை ஊக்கப்படுத்துகின்றன.
