Easy complaint facility
RAJMARG YATRA APP: “Users can easily report highway related issues. You can also attach the location of the place and attach videos or photos to make the complaint more clear. Complaints registered will be looked into and rectified within the specified time frame.
In case of any delay, the deadline will be automatically transferred to higher authorities. Users can also track current updates of their complaint for complete transparency,” the ministry statement added.
Banking related services
RAJMARG YATRA APP: Also, Rajmarkyatra integrates its services with various banking portals. This allows users to recharge their FASTags. In addition, it provides facilities to avail monthly passes and access other banking services related to FASTag.
To encourage responsible and safe driving behavior, speeding alerts are provided. This app is designed to convey information through voice.
