Prime Minister Modi hoisted the flag at the Red Fort for the 10th time

First-of-its-kind artificial insemination treatment in the country - launched at Goa Government Hospital
  • In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) treatment is the most common method of artificial insemination for couples who are unable to conceive naturally. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant yesterday launched free IVF treatment at Goa Government Medical College Hospital. 
  • With this, Goa has become the first state in the country to offer free artificial insemination treatment. The Chief Minister inaugurated an Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) and Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI) center along with an IVF treatment center.
