SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகம் தேசிய அளவிலான குடை திட்டத்தை உருவாக்கியுள்ளது, அதாவது “புன்னகை - வாழ்வாதாரம் மற்றும் தொழில்முனைவுக்கான விளிம்புநிலை தனிநபர்களுக்கான ஆதரவு”, இதில் இரண்டு துணைத் திட்டங்கள் உள்ளன - 'திருநங்கைகள் நலனுக்கான விரிவான மறுவாழ்வு' மற்றும் 'பிச்சை எடுக்கும் செயலில் ஈடுபடும் நபர்களின் விரிவான மறுவாழ்வு.
திருநங்கைகள் மற்றும் பிச்சை எடுக்கும் தொழிலில் ஈடுபடும் நபர்களுக்கான நலன்புரி நடவடிக்கைகள் உட்பட பல விரிவான நடவடிக்கைகளை இந்த குடை திட்டம் உள்ளடக்கியதாக இருக்கும்.
TG சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் அடையாள அட்டை
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: நாடு முழுவதும் இருந்து ஒரு திருநங்கை சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் அடையாள அட்டைக்கு விண்ணப்பிக்கலாம். திருநங்கைகள் சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் அடையாள அட்டை தேசிய அளவில் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்டு சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகத்தால் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
ஸ்மைல் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் வழங்கப்படும் நலன்புரி நடவடிக்கைகளைப் பெற சான்றிதழ் ஒரு கட்டாய ஆவணமாகும்.
உதவித்தொகை
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: சமூக நீதி மற்றும் அதிகாரமளித்தல் அமைச்சகம், ஒன்பதாம் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட வகுப்புகளில் படிக்கும் திருநங்கைகளுக்கு, ஒன்பதாம் மற்றும் பத்தாம் வகுப்புகளில் படிக்கும் திருநங்கைகளுக்கு நிதியுதவி வழங்குவதற்காகவும், மெட்ரிகுலேஷன் அல்லது பிந்தைய இரண்டாம் நிலை மற்றும் அதற்கு அப்பால் உள்ள கல்வி உதவித்தொகைகளை இந்தியாவில் வழங்குகிறது. முதுகலைப் பட்டப்படிப்பு படிப்பை இடைநிறுத்துவதைக் குறைப்பதற்கும், தொடக்க நிலையிலிருந்து இரண்டாம் நிலைக்கு மாறுவதற்கும் உதவுகிறது.
மூத்த இடைநிலை (11வது & 12வது) கல்விக்கான உதவித்தொகை.
மாணவர்களுக்கான உதவித்தொகை (இளங்கலை / டிப்ளமோ).
மாணவர்களுக்கான உதவித்தொகை (முதுகலை).
திறன் பயிற்சி
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: இரண்டு வகையான திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சி திட்டங்கள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன:
குறுகிய கால பயிற்சி திட்டங்கள் (200 மணி முதல் 600 மணிநேரம் மற்றும் 6 மாதங்கள் வரை).
நீண்ட கால பயிற்சி திட்டங்கள் (5 மாதங்கள் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல் மற்றும் பொதுவாக 1 வருடம் வரை) (1000 மணிநேரம் வரை).
மருத்துவ ஆரோக்கியம்
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: இந்தியாவில் வசிக்கும் அனைத்து திருநங்கைகளுக்கும் பாலின மறுசீரமைப்பு அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ உதவி உள்ளிட்ட முறையான சிகிச்சை மூலம் அவர்களின் உடல்நிலையை மேம்படுத்த சுகாதார காப்பீடு வழங்குவதே இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கமாகும்.
மற்ற மத்திய/மாநில ஸ்பான்சர் திட்டங்களிலிருந்து இத்தகைய பலன்களைப் பெறாத அனைத்து திருநங்கைகளுக்கும் இந்தத் திட்டம் பொருந்தும்.
கரிமா கிரே அல்லது ஷெல்டர் ஹோம்ஸ்
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: கரிமா கிரேவின் முக்கிய நோக்கம், ஆதரவற்ற மற்றும் கைவிடப்பட்ட திருநங்கைகளுக்கு தங்குமிடம், உணவு, மருத்துவம் மற்றும் பொழுதுபோக்கு வசதிகள் போன்ற அடிப்படை வசதிகளுடன் தங்குமிடம் வழங்குவதாகும். அதுமட்டுமின்றி, இது திருநங்கைகளின் திறன்-வளர்ப்பு/திறன் மேம்பாட்டிற்கான ஆதரவை வழங்கும்.
அங்கீகாரம் மற்றும் பாராட்டு
SMILE SCHEME / புன்னகை திட்டம்: மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான ஆன்லைன் திறன் பயிற்சி மற்றும் வேலை வாய்ப்புகளை ஊக்குவிப்பது மற்றும் படிப்புகளை முடித்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு அங்கீகாரம்/ஊக்குவிப்புகளை வழங்குதல்.
ENGLISH
SMILE SCHEME: The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has formulated a National level umbrella scheme namely “SMILE - Support for Marginalized Individuals for Livelihood and Enterprise”, which includes two sub-schemes - ‘Comprehensive Rehabilitation for Welfare of Transgender Persons’ and ‘Comprehensive Rehabilitation of persons engaged in the act of Begging’.
This umbrella scheme would cover several comprehensive measures including welfare measures for both transgender persons and persons who are engaged in the act of begging with focus extensively on rehabilitation, provision of medical facilities, counseling, education, skill development, economic linkages etc with the support of State Governments/UTs/Local Urban Bodies, Voluntary Organizations, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and institutions and others.
TG certificate and ID card
SMILE SCHEME: A transgender person can apply for certificate and identity card from across the country. The Transgender certificate & identity card are nationally recognised and provided by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The certificate is a mandatory document to avail the welfare measures being provided under the SMILE scheme.
Scholarships
SMILE SCHEME: The Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment is providing scholarships studies in India to Transgender students studying in classes IX and above to provide financial assistance to the Transgender students studying in classes IX and X, and at post matriculation or post-secondary stage and beyond that till post-graduation to reduce the incidence of drop-out and aid the transition from the elementary to the secondary stage.
Four Scholarship categories are available
SMILE SCHEME: Scholarships for secondary school (9th & 10th) Transgender students.
Scholarships for senior secondary (11th & 12th) education.
Scholarships for students (Undergraduate/Diploma).
Scholarships for students (Post-graduation).
Skill Training
SMILE SCHEME: There are two types of skill development training programmes that are provided :
Short Term Training Programmes (200 hours to 600 hours and upto 6 months).
Long Term Training Programmes (5 months and above and usually up-to 1 year) (up to 1000 hours).
Composite Medical Health
SMILE SCHEME: The objective of the scheme is to provide health Insurance coverage to all Transgender persons living in India to improve their health condition through proper treatment including sex re-assignment surgeries as well as medical support.
The scheme would cover all Transgender persons not receiving such benefits from other centre/state sponsored schemes.
Garima Greh or Shelter Homes
SMILE SCHEME: The main aim of Garima Greh is to provide shelter to Destitute & abandoned Transgender persons with basic amenities like shelter, food, medical care and recreational facilities. Besides that, it will provide support for the capacity-building/skill development of Transgender persons.
Recognition & Appreciation
SMILE SCHEME: To encourage online skill training & employment opportunities for transgender persons and provides recognition/incentives to those applicants who have done courses.
