தமிழ்நாடு நீர்வள தகவல் மற்றும் மேலாண்மை அமைப்பு புதிய செயலி / TNWRIMS APP: தமிழகத்தில் பாசன ஆறுகள், வாய்க்கால்கள், வடிகால்கள் மற்றும் நீர்நிலைகளில் சேர்ந்துள்ள மண் குவியல்கள், புதர்கள் ஆகியவற்றை அப்புறப்படுத்தி நீர் தடையின்றி பாசனத்துக்கு செல்லும்வகையிலும், மழை, வெள்ள காலங்களில் நீர் எளிதாக வெளியேறும் வகையிலும் நீர்நிலைகள் ஆண்டுதோறும் நீர்வளத் துறை சார்பில் தூர் வாரப்படுகின்றன.
தமிழக நீர்வளத் துறை வரலாற்றில் முதன்முறையாக தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப வசதியைக் கொண்டு தூர் வாரும் பணியை அதிகாரிகள் அன்றாடம் கண்காணிக்கும் வகையில் தமிழ்நாடு நீர்வள தகவல் மற்றும் மேலாண்மை அமைப்பு (TNWRIMS) என்ற புதிய செயலி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 12 மாவட்டங்களில் இந்த ஆண்டு தூர்வாரும் பணிகள் ரூ.90 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் நடைபெறுகின்றன. ஏற்கெனவே தூர் வாரப்படாத நீர்நிலைகளுக்கு இந்த ஆண்டு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அதேபோன்று விவசாயிகள், பொதுமக்கள் முன்வைத்த கோரிக்கைகளின் அடிப்படையிலும், அத்தியாவசியமாக செய்யப்பட வேண்டியவை என்ற அடிப்படையிலும் தூர் வாரும் பணிகள் தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்தப் பணிகளை நீர்வளத் துறை பொறியாளர்கள் அன்றாடம் கண்காணிக்கும் வகையில் புதிய செயலி அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதில் எந்தெந்த நீர்நிலைகளில் தூர் வாரும் பணி எத்தனை கிலோ மீட்டர் தொலைவுக்கு நடைபெறுகிறது என்ற விவரம் இடம்பெற்றிருக்கும். தூர் வாருவதற்கு முன்பாக அந்த இடத்தின் புகைப்படம், தூர்வாரிய பின்னர் அந்தஇடத்தின் புகைப்படம் ஆகியவற்றை நாள்தோறும் நீர்வளத் துறை அலுவலர்கள் இந்த செயலியில் பதிவேற்றம் செய்வர்.
இதன் மூலம் பணிகளை வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையுடன் மேற்கொள்ள ஏதுவாகும். இந்த செயலிமுதல்கட்டமாக தற்போது நீர்வளத்துறை அலுவலர்கள், பொறியாளர்கள் மட்டும் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தொடர்ந்து, விவசாயிகள், பொதுமக்கள் என அனைவரும் செயலியை பயன்படுத்தும் வசதி விரைவில் ஏற்படுத்தப்படும்.

TNWRIMS APP: In Tamil Nadu, the water bodies are removed annually by the water resources department to remove the piles of soil and bushes accumulated in the irrigation rivers, canals, drains and water bodies so that the water goes to irrigation without interruption and the water flows easily during rains and floods. Several crores of rupees are allocated for this every year and work is in progress.
For the first time in the history of Tamil Nadu Water Resources Department, a new app called Tamil Nadu Water Resources Information and Management System (TNWRIMS) has been introduced to enable the officials to monitor the dredging work on a daily basis with IT facility.
Durvarum works are being carried out in 12 districts across Tamil Nadu this year at an estimated cost of Rs 90 crore. This year priority has been given to water bodies that have not already been drained.
Similarly, far-reaching works have been selected on the basis of the demands made by the farmers and the public and on the basis of what needs to be done. A new app has been introduced so that the engineers of the water resources department can monitor these works on a daily basis.
It contains the details of how many kilometers the dredging work is taking place in which water bodies. The water resources department officials will upload the photo of the place before the removal and the photo of the place after the removal on this application daily.
This will enable the work to be carried out transparently. This app is initially designed to be used only by water resource officers and engineers. Further, the facility of using the application by farmers and public will soon be established.
