NAYA SAVERA / நயா சவேரா: இந்தத் திட்டம் சிறுபான்மை சமூகங்களை மேம்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது, அவர்களிடையே பொருளாதார ரீதியாக நலிவடைந்த பிரிவினருக்கு பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் மூலம் அவர்களின் திறன்கள் மற்றும் திறன்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கு அவர்களுக்கு அரசுத் துறைக்கு கூடுதலாக தொழில்கள், சேவைகள் மற்றும் வணிகத் துறைகளில் வேலைவாய்ப்பு அளிக்கும்.
மாறிவரும்/வளர்ந்து வரும் சந்தைத் தேவைகள் மற்றும் உள்நாடு மற்றும் சர்வதேச அளவில் வேலைவாய்ப்புக்கான வாய்ப்புகள் ஆகியவற்றால் இலக்குக் குழுக்கள் கோரப்படும் தொழில்சார் புத்திசாலித்தனத்தை இலக்குக் குழுக்கள் இழக்காமல் இருக்க, சந்தை இயக்கவியலுக்குத் தொடர்ந்து மாற்றியமைக்கக் கட்டமைக்கப்பட்ட பின்னடைவைக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
6வது ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டத்தில் இருந்து தாழ்த்தப்பட்ட சாதி, சிறுபான்மை சமூகங்கள் மற்றும் பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிப்பதற்கான தனித் திட்டங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.
இந்தத் தனித் திட்டங்கள் செப்டம்பர் 2001 முதல், பட்டியல் சாதியினர், இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினர் மற்றும் சிறுபான்மையினர் உள்ளிட்ட நலிந்த பிரிவினருக்கான பயிற்சி மற்றும் அதனுடன் இணைந்த உதவித் திட்டமாக இணைக்கப்பட்டன.
சிறுபான்மை விவகார அமைச்சகம் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு, சிறுபான்மை சமூகங்களைச் சேர்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கான "இலவச பயிற்சி மற்றும் அதனுடன் இணைந்த திட்டம்" 17 ஜூலை 2007 அன்று தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
இந்தத் திட்டம் செப்டம்பர், 2017 முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வரும் வகையில் மாற்றியமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது, மேலும் திருத்தப்பட்ட திட்டத்தின்படி, அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்கள்/வேட்பாளர்கள், அனைத்து ஆதாரங்களில் இருந்தும் ரூ.6.00 லட்சத்திற்கு மிகாமல் குடும்ப ஆண்டு வருமானம் கொண்டவர்கள், பயிற்சிக்கு தகுதியுடையவர்கள். திட்டம்.
நோக்கங்கள்
NAYA SAVERA / நயா சவேரா: சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மாணவர்களுக்கு பின்வருவனவற்றிற்கான சிறப்புப் பயிற்சியின் மூலம் உதவுவதே திட்டத்தின் நோக்கங்கள்:-
பொறியியல், சட்டம், மருத்துவம், மேலாண்மை, தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் போன்ற தொழில்நுட்ப/தொழில்முறை படிப்புகளில் சேருவதற்கான தகுதித் தேர்வுகள் மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டுப் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களில் சேர்க்கை பெறுவதற்கான மொழி/தேர்வுத் தேர்வுகள்.
குரூப் 'ஏ', 'பி', 'சி மற்றும் 'டி' சேவைகளுக்கான ஆட்சேர்ப்புக்கான போட்டித் தேர்வுகள் மற்றும் போலீஸ்/பாதுகாப்புப் படைகள், பொதுத்துறை நிறுவனங்கள், ரயில்வே, வங்கிகள், காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனங்கள் உட்பட மத்திய மற்றும் மாநில அரசுகளின் கீழ் உள்ள பிற சமமான பதவிகள் தன்னாட்சி அமைப்புகள்; மற்றும்
ஏர்லைன்ஸ், ஷிப்பிங், தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் (IT), வணிக செயல்முறை அவுட்சோர்சிங் (BPO) மற்றும் பிற IT இயக்கப்பட்ட சேவைகள், விருந்தோம்பல், சுற்றுலா மற்றும் பயணங்கள், கடல்சார், உணவு பதப்படுத்துதல், சில்லறை விற்பனை, விற்பனை மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்தல், பயோ போன்ற தனியார் துறையில் வேலைகளுக்கான பயிற்சி - தொழில் நுட்பம் மற்றும் பிற வேலை சார்ந்த படிப்புகள் வளர்ந்து வரும் வேலைவாய்ப்புப் போக்கின் படி.
இளங்கலை மற்றும் முதுகலை நிலைகளில் தீர்வுப் பயிற்சி அளித்தல், கல்வி அறிவை மேம்படுத்தி, மாணவர் மற்ற வகுப்பினரைப் பிடிக்கவும், படிப்பை வெற்றிகரமாக முடிக்கவும் உதவும்.
ENGLISH
NAYA SAVERA: The scheme aims to empower the minority communities by assisting the economically weaker sections of students among them through coaching institutions for enhancing their skills and capabilities to make them employable in industries, services and business sectors in addition to the government sector.
It has built-in resilience to adapt to the market dynamics on a continuous basis so that the target groups are not deprived of the professional acumen demanded by the changing/emerging market needs and opportunities for employment at domestic as well as international levels.
Separate schemes for providing coaching to students belonging to scheduled caste, minority communities and backward classes were being implemented from 6th Five Year Plan.
These separate schemes were amalgamated with effect from September 2001 into a combined Scheme of Coaching and Allied Assistance for Weaker Sections including Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes and Minorities. After creation of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, the “Free Coaching and Allied Scheme” for candidates belonging to minority communities was launched on 17 th July 2007.
The scheme has been revised with effect from September, 2017, and as per the revised scheme, students/candidates belonging to the notified Minority Communities, having total annual family income from all sources not exceeding Rs.6.00 lakh, are eligible for coaching under the scheme.
Objectives
NAYA SAVERA: The objectives of the scheme are to assist students belonging to minority communities by way of special coaching for the following
Qualifying examinations for admission in technical/professional courses such as engineering, law, medical, management, information technology etc and language/aptitude examinations for seeking admission in foreign universities.
Competitive examinations for recruitment to Group 'A', 'B', 'C and 'D' services and other equivalent posts under the Central and State governments including police/security forces, public sector undertakings, Railways, banks, insurance companies as well as autonomous bodies; and
Coaching for jobs in the private sector such as in airlines, shipping, information technology (IT), business process outsourcing (BPO) and other IT enabled services, hospitality, tours and travels, maritime, food processing, retail, sales & marketing, bio-technology and other job oriented courses as per the emerging trend of employment.
Remedial coaching at undergraduate and post graduate level to improve the academic knowledge and enable the student to catch up with the rest of the class and complete the course successfully.
