eSamvad போர்டல் / eSamvad portal: eSamvad என்பது பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்தின் முன்முயற்சியாகும். இது அரசு சாரா நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் சிவில் சமூகம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விஷயங்களில் அமைச்சகத்துடன் தொடர்புகொள்வதற்கான ஒரு தளத்தை வழங்குகிறது.
e-Samvad போர்ட்டல் மூலம், NGOக்கள் மற்றும் சிவில் சமூகம் தங்கள் கருத்து, ஆலோசனைகள், குறைகளை பதிவு செய்தல், சிறந்த நடைமுறைகள் போன்றவற்றை வழங்கலாம்.
MWCDயில் உள்ள மூத்த அதிகாரிகள் தங்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விஷயங்களுக்கு பெறப்பட்ட உள்ளீடுகள்/பரிந்துரைகளை பார்க்க முடியும் மற்றும் NGOகளுக்கு சரியான முறையில் பதிலளிக்க முடியும்.
இது பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் நலனுக்கான பயனுள்ள கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் நடவடிக்கைகளை உருவாக்க உதவும்.
யார் பயன்படுத்தலாம்
எந்தவொரு தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனம், சிவில் சமூக அமைப்பு, SHG, குடிமக்கள் குழு அல்லது சம்பந்தப்பட்ட தனிநபர்கள் eSamvad மூலம் பெண்கள் மற்றும் குழந்தைகள் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்திடம் தங்கள் உள்ளீட்டை சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
எப்படி உபயோகிப்பது
அனைத்து பயனர்களும் முதலில் eSamvad போர்ட்டலில் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும். NITI ஆயோக் தர்பன் போர்ட்டலில் ஏற்கனவே பயனர் ஐடிகள் உள்ளவர்கள், eSamvad இல் அதைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
பிற பயனர்கள் நேரடியாக eSamvad இல் பதிவு செய்யலாம். உள்நுழைவு மற்றும் பயனர் ஐடி உங்கள் மின்னஞ்சலுக்கு அனுப்பப்படும். எதிர்கால பயன்பாட்டிற்காக உள்நுழைய இதைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
உள்நுழைந்துள்ள அனைத்து பயனர்களும் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட விஷயங்களில் உள்ளீடுகளை வழங்க முடியும். எ.கா. பேட்டி பச்சாவோ பேட்டி பச்சாவோ, குடும்ப வன்முறை, ஊட்டச்சத்து போன்றவை.
உங்கள் கவலைக்குரிய தலைப்பு பட்டியலிடப்படவில்லை என்றால், உங்கள் உள்ளீட்டை ‘மற்றவை’ பிரிவில் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம். பின்வரும் வகை உள்ளீடுகளை வழங்கலாம்.

eSamvad portal: eSamvad is an initiative of the Ministry of Women and Child Development to provide a platform for NGOs and civil society to interact with the Ministry on relevant subjects. Through e-Samvad portal, NGOs and civil society can provide their feedback, suggestions, put up grievances, share best practices etc.
Senior Officers within MWCD will be able to view the inputs/suggestions received for their concerned subject areas and appropriately respond to NGOs. This will help in formulation of effective policies and measures for welfare of women and children.
Who can use
Any NGO, civil society organisation, SHG, citizen group or concerned individual can submit their input to the Ministry of Women and Child Development through eSamvad.
How to use
All users must first sign up on the eSamvad portal. Those who already have user IDs on NITI Aayog Darpan portal, can use the same on eSamvad. Other users can sign up directly on eSamvad. Login and user ID will be sent to your email. This can be used to log in for future use.
All logged in users can provide inputs in the concerned subject areas, e.g. Beti Bachao Beti Bachao, Domestic Violence, Nutrition etc. If the subject area of your concern is not listed, you may submit your input in the category ‘other’. The following categories of inputs can be provided.
