BJP coalition governments take office in Nagaland, Meghalaya - Conrad Sangma, Naibyu Rio re-elected as CMs
- The ruling National People's Party won 26 out of the total 60 seats in Meghalaya, Nagaland and Tripura in the recent assembly elections.
