• கடந்த ஆண்டுடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில், அயல்நாட்டு / கலப்பின கால்நடைகளின் பால் உற்பத்தி 6.16% அதிகரித்துள்ளது மற்றும் உள்நாட்டு கால்நடைகளின் பால் உற்பத்தி 6.13% அதிகரித்துள்ளது. 
• 2021 உடன் ஒப்பிடும்போது எருமைகளின் பால் உற்பத்தி 4.44% அதிகரித்துள்ளது மற்றும் உள்நாட்டு எருமைகள் மொத்த உற்பத்தியில் 31.58% பங்களிப்பை அளித்தன. அதைத் தொடர்ந்து கலப்பின கால்நடைகள் 29.91% பங்களித்தன.
• மொத்த பால் உற்பத்தியில் அயல்நாட்டு பசுவின் பங்கு 1.92% என்று கணக்கெடுப்பு காட்டுகிறது. நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள மொத்த உற்பத்தியில் ஆட்டுப்பாலின் பங்களிப்பு 2.93% ஆகும். 
• ராஜஸ்தான் (15.05%), உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் (14.93%), மத்தியப் பிரதேசம் (8.60%), குஜராத் (7.56%) மற்றும் ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம் (6.97%) ஆகிய மாநிலங்களின் உற்பத்தி சேர்ந்து நாட்டின் மொத்த பால் உற்பத்தியில் 53.11% பங்களிக்கின்றன.
• நாட்டின் மொத்த முட்டை உற்பத்தி 129.60 பில்லியன் எண்ணிக்கையாக இருந்தது, இது முந்தைய ஆண்டை விட 6.19% அதிகரித்துள்ளது. ஒரு நபருக்கு ஆண்டுக்கு 95 முட்டைகள் கிடைக்கும். 
• முதல் ஐந்து முட்டை உற்பத்தி செய்யும் மாநிலங்களாக ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம் (20.41%), தமிழ்நாடு (16.08%), தெலுங்கானா (12.86%), மேற்கு வங்காளம் (8.84%) மற்றும் கர்நாடகா (6.38%) உள்ளன. இந்த மாநிலங்கள் மொத்த முட்டை உற்பத்தியில் 64.56% பங்களிக்கின்றன.
• அதே போல நாட்டின் இறைச்சி உற்பத்தியை எடுத்துக்கொண்டால், முந்தைய ஆண்டை விட 5.62% அதிகரித்து 9.29 மில்லியன் டன்களாக உள்ளது. அதில், கோழி இறைச்சி உற்பத்தி 4.78 மில்லியன் டன்கள் ஆகும். 
• மொத்த உற்பத்தியில் 51.44% பங்களிக்கும் இதன் உற்பத்தி வளர்ச்சி கடந்த ஆண்டை விட 6.86% அதிகரித்துள்ளது. "மஹாராஷ்டிரா (12.25%), உத்தரப் பிரதேசம் (12.14%), மேற்கு வங்கம் (11.63%), ஆந்திரப் பிரதேசம் (11.04%) மற்றும் தெலுங்கானா (10.82%) ஆகியவை இறைச்சி உற்பத்தியில் முதல் ஐந்து மாநிலங்களாகும்.
• இறைச்சி உற்பத்தியில் 51.44% கோழிப்பண்ணை மூலம் பங்களித்தது. • BASIC ANIMAL HUSBANDRY STATISTICS 2022: Union Minister Shri Parshotham Rupala released 'Basic Animal Husbandry Statistics 2022', the annual publication of the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying in the presence of Secretary Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department (AHD) and other senior officials.
• The report is prepared on the basis of important statistics on livestock population, livestock production and other information such as diseases affecting animals, animal husbandry and livestock product safety infrastructure.
• The report contains data on production estimates of four major livestock products (MLPs) namely milk, eggs, meat and wool for 2021-22 and detailed data on the recent 20th Livestock Census, import and export data of livestock and livestock products, and economic contribution of the livestock sector. .
• Milk production in 2020-21 was 209.96 million tonnes. The country's total milk production has increased to 221.06 million tonnes by 2022. India continues to be the largest producer of milk in the world. According to the report, production last year increased by 5.29% over the previous year. It is calculated that a person gets 444 grams of milk per day.
• Compared to last year, the milk production of exotic / hybrid cattle increased by 6.16% and the milk production of domestic cattle increased by 6.13%. Compared to 2021, milk production of buffaloes increased by 4.44% and domestic buffaloes contributed 31.58% of the total production. It was followed by crossbred cattle which contributed 29.91%.
• The survey shows that the share of foreign cows in the total milk production is 1.92%. The contribution of goat milk to the total production across the country is 2.93%. Rajasthan (15.05%), Uttar Pradesh (14.93%), Madhya Pradesh (8.60%), Gujarat (7.56%) and Andhra Pradesh (6.97%) together contribute 53.11% of the total milk production in the country.
• The country's total egg production stood at 129.60 billion, an increase of 6.19% over the previous year. 95 eggs per person per year. The top five egg producing states are Andhra Pradesh (20.41%), Tamil Nadu (16.08%), Telangana (12.86%), West Bengal (8.84%) and Karnataka (6.38%).
