சித்தா நாள் / SIDDHA DAY: இந்திய துணை கண்டத்தில், சித்த மருத்துவம் என்பது மிகவும் புகழ்பெற்ற, பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவ முறை. தமிழ் மாதமான மார்கழியில் பிறந்த அகத்தியர் என்ற சித்தர் தான், சித்த மருத்துவத்தின் தந்தையாக கருதப்படுகிறார்.
சித்த மருத்துவம் என்பது, சமூக, உளவியல் மற்றும் ஆன்மிக ரீதியான வாழ்வியல் முறைகளுடன் இணைந்தது.
சித்த மருத்துவம் குறித்து, அனைத்து தரப்பிலும் விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தும் வகையிலும், சித்த மருத்துவத்தின் பெருமைகளை கூறும் வகையிலும், சித்தா நாள் கொண்டாட, மத்திய ஆயுஷ் அமைச்சகம் அறிவுறுத்தி உள்ளது.
இதன்படி சித்தா நாள் 9ம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. எனவே, அனைத்து கல்லுாரி மற்றும் ஆரோக்கிய வாழ்வுக்கான சித்த மருத்துவ உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்து முறைகள்' என்ற தலைப்பில், இந்த ஆண்டின் சித்தா நாள் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்படும்
சித்தா நாள் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை ஏற்பாடு செய்து, 9ம் தேதி சித்தா நாள் கடைப்பிடிக்க வேண்டும்.
ஆரோக்கிய வாழ்வுக்கான சித்த மருத்துவ உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்து முறைகள்' என்ற தலைப்பில், இந்த ஆண்டின் சித்தா நாள் கடைப்பிடிக்கப்படும்.

SIDDHA DAY: In the Indian subcontinent, Siddha medicine is the most famous, traditional method of medicine. Born in the Tamil month of Margazhi, Siddha Agathiya is considered to be the father of Siddha medicine.
Psychic medicine combines social, psychological and spiritual approaches to life. Union Ministry of AYUSH has advised to celebrate Siddha Day in order to create awareness about Siddha Medicine in all quarters and to celebrate the glory of Siddha Medicine.
Accordingly, the Siddha day is celebrated on the 9th. Therefore, this year's Siddha Day will be observed under the theme 'Sidha Medicinal Diet and Nutrition for All Colleges and Healthy Living' organize awareness programs about Siddha Day and observe Siddha Day on 9th.
